But not as funny as the other answers😇

And here I was about to joke that in order to meet the terms of a settlement for a lawsuit about the Ultimate Abyss name that RCI was getting ready to debut their new REAL Ultimate Abyss...step right up (or down, as the case may be)...

I think I figured it out.

After the Oasis suffered damage, lost revenue and from missed cruises.................. and last week the free extended sailings on pre-existing cruises because ships could not reach port to disembark......................................

RCI is now for your bookings ------- offering balconies at a low excursion rate. (To recoup costs)

Will be installed before you sail.

Only one person in cabin has to book for all.

It comes with two chairs and a table.

The new balconies will come with a clothes line for hanging your wet items. (towels, bathing suits, bras)

Details to follow.

FYI

pun intended.

Do not know what got into me to do this but whatever.

Have a great day.

This is the test run of the new "balconyless diving" option. They provide a waist-bunjee harness. You just dive off, dip in the sea, and you come right back like a bunjee jump. Also great if you use a laundry bag, stuff the pockets with laundry detergent and do your laundry in the ocean.

OMG I cant stop chuckling at this thread.

So funny and many creative replies.

I had on a HAL ship a full size window but no balcony due to door below going back inside ship. I was a level above promenade.  So they do exist as long as no sliding door.

Toodles to all ya funny folks. Nice to see
