We like it too.

The long shopping street is at the top of the hill and about a mile from the ship so lots of first visit passengers don't know it's there.

The sea promenade is nice too.

There is a fantastic family friendly beach (Praia de Samil) with a promenade, restaurants and kids play area just a short bus or taxi ride away as well.

Valparaiso, Chile, Aurora. Three photos, one showing the ship, one that looks like a painting again and the third of the station platform that was damage in front of our eyes when the train derailed. We were seconds away from getting onto the platform when this happened.

The above photos include pictures of the fantastic aquarium and the remnants of the Formula 1 racing circuit that was temporarily set up around the port area.

We're hoping to visit Villefranche for the first time next year. Thanks for these photos, they're giving us a little flavour of what to expect.

Freedom of the seas June 2017.

Tender to Villefranche.

There are shops and restaurants and a market as you get off the tender plus a train station nearby.

Nice is a short distance away in one direction and Monaco in the other direction.

Venice is one of our favourite ports too and we have been there lots of times. The first picture of the Rialto from a water taxi was taken when we stayed there for 4 days May 2018. The second one is of a sailing regatta that we enjoyed watching when we visited from Arcadia in October 2019.

Thanks to everyone for their pics

Me too.

It is usually only a 'Live From' thread that has many pictures so this has been one on the best threads I have participated in with some fabulous photos.

It has been lovely to see all the photos that people have taken on their travels. It is interesting to see all the different places around the world. I need to travel more as I have only seen a handful of them!
