It seems that all the 2023 May - 2024 March Singapore cruises are (temporarily?) closed or removed from both the public website and the agent reservation system.

Yeah, I'm only seeing January thru April of 2023.  Nothing in the 2024 season.

I'm seeing Singapore cruises up till March 24.

They haven't released any cruises past April 24. That's not unique to Singapore.

Yes, after disappearing for two days, they are back online now.

Some categories on Spectrum are also renamed from the cruises starting from 10 Apr 2023.

Golden Balcony >>> Sky Balcony

Golden Junior Suite >>> Sky Junior Suite

Royal Caribbean International Announces 2023/2024 Singapore Deployments — Singapore Cruise Society (sgcruisesociety.com)

Vacationers can set their sights on more ways to explore Asia and make lifelong holiday memories. Royal Caribbean International has released its line-up of holidays on Spectrum of the Seas for 2023-2024, and longer cruises are making a comeback. A mix of new 5- to 12-night cruises will whisk adventurers to far-flung destinations in Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam, joining the cruise line’s popular short getaways to Malaysia and Thailand. Next season’s year-round adventures on Asia’s largest and most innovative ship are now open to book.

On a mix of longer cruises that are 5-, 7-, 9- and 12-night itineraries, holidaymakers of all ages are in for memorable adventures and must-see destinations like Bangkok, Thailand; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Manila, Philippines. Royal Caribbean’s crowd favourite 3- and 4-night getaways, first introduced in July, round out the cruise line’s next year-round season. Spectrum will head back to the colourful Penang, Malaysia, and the stunning beach resort of Phuket in Thailand – the perfect fuss-free escapes with little to no planning required for vacationers.

The upcoming cruises include two 12-night sailings, which mean guests can visit as many as seven destinations across three countries, all in one holiday. These sailings can also be enjoyed back to back, visiting a new destination almost every day for the entire 24-night adventure. Included are 10 destinations unique to this experience, such as Hong Kong; Tokyo, Osaka and Mount Fuji, Japan; and Nha Trang and Hue/Danang, Vietnam.

Hong Kong just announced on Friday that they are scrapping most of their Covid rules.

I think we can expect a announcement of a reshuffle of ships in Singapore soon because Royal should be getting permission to send Spectrum to Hong Kong.

Whats going to replace Spectrum in Singapore??
Royal was expecting to start Hong Kong in January .

Wonder is in the Mediterranean and finishes up in a month . Could Wonder do the Singapore schedule??

More realistically, they won't be sending any ship to Hong Kong, because even though this is lifted, there covid policies are still much stringent if there were cases detected onboard leading to cancelled sailings etc.

The Hong Kong Health Bureau announced a minor relaxation of rules pertaining to cruise ships.

The bureau abolished a ‘suspension mechanism’ whereby a cruise ship might be halted for several weeks if a positive case were found onboard.

Only cruises to nowhere, 75% capacity limit, vax and testing requred

However, still only cruises to nowhere are allowed, there is a 75% capacity limit, full vaccination is mandatory and there are also testing requirements that haven't been specified yet.

Changes welcomed, but ...

'It’s a welcome improvement, but my guess is that the new policy is still too far from the current international norms to attract ships to return for the local source market,' Jeff Bent, managing director, Worldwide Cruise Terminals, which operates the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, told Seatrade Cruise News.

'We hope that the authorities will quickly relax rules for visitors coming to Hong Kong by ship, to allow the internationally-sourced lines scheduled to visit next spring to resume calling without unreasonable restrictions.'

No cruises since early January

Cruises to nowhere carrying only local residents had operated for half a year, from July 30, 2021, to Jan. 5 this year, before being halted as part of strict measures to stem the Omicron variant.

If so ,what would replace Spectrum in Singapore?

Totally agree. I don't expect any chances for the reshuffle of ships. The deployment for 2023 is confirmed and unlikely to have further changes.

Or there may be a small chance that Spectrum will come Hong Kong to operate a few cruises (if Hong Kong can charter the ship) and then back to Singapore again. But it is almost impossible to have the 2nd ship coming to Asia in the next 18 months.

Icon of the Seas - St Maarten Port Bookings 2023

Some port bookings finally started to show up for Icon, with the first call in St Maarten scheduled for 24th October 2023. With the frequency of bookings, its probably highly likely that Icon will do 7-day Eastern/Western Caribbean rotations from Miami, as expected. To see further bookings for 2024/25, check out the 2024-25 Deployment Thread.

It looks like Hong Kong will be closed to cruise ships.

Kai Tak cruise terminal is now the Hong Kong Covid Quarantine Center.
