Oasis of the seas balcony railing thickness

Dose anyone know what the balcony railing thickness is on Oasis? I am looking to clamp a camera to the railing for sail away and arriving into port but need to know how big a claps to buy.

I'm sorry, I KNEW I forgot to do something last time I was on Oasis.  I can't believe I forgot to measure the thickness of the balcony railing.  I was probably preoccupied counting the steps in the aft stairwell and estimating the weight of all the slot machines minus the weight of all the ice cream cones....

Have you thought about clamping to the door or the steel above?  We did a suction cup to the glass door to keep the GoPro a bit more protected (wind and rain).

Also, Google Oasis of the seas balcony railings. There are photos that will give you an idea of the railing dimensions.

Are there magnetic clips you could get? 

 

Railing is 3-4", but contoured so I don't know how well a clip would stick

I would recommend the JOBY gorillapods.

 

These things are amazing and is what I use for my time lapses.

 

I wrap it on the balcony railing for most of my cruises so I can get some amazing sunset/sunrise and sail away time lapses.

I use this little gem to hang my Scuba wetsuit on the balcony.  It should be more than strong enough for a camera.  Just place it against the steel, and turn the knob.  I tied a piece of nylon cord through the holes to make a place for the hanger hook.  https://magswitch.com/product/magjig150/
