That's a rather underwhelming sale. But if it's indicative that Princess' bookings are strong enough that they don't need to have big sales, that's good news for us cruisers in the big picture. It hopefully means Princess is on a solid financial footing.

Put 1 on hold today until 9/2/21. Couldn't refare & PVP is off until Tuesday. Think I'll have her book 9/1/21

I currently have a cruisetour on hold.  I was going to make the deposit today but thinking I should hold off until 9/1 🤔

I have to rebook a cruise to get the drop in price so its on hold but won't book until 9/1. Rebooking whichever version is less. Its next year

Well I hope they still leave the other perks.  We have a Hawaii cruise schedule for Nov 5.  First cruise ship back into Hawaii.  With all the restrictions on the ship---and many more in Hawaii.  We are going to cancel this cruise and rebook for next year.  Right now we have until Sept 10 to cancel and we will lose our deposit.  What we are kinda hoping for is Princess decides to cancel before us.  (sorry to others that have cruises there)  I really feel that Hawaii isn't going to want the ships back yet.  And they haven't even approved any coming in.  With Hawaii asking people not to travel there, not letting ships port right now might happen

Anyways, we will look for any extras, promo and reboook.  Thanks for info

@Momperson3  We are on the same cruise.  If Princess cancels, you can get all your money back or get it as a FCC.  If they don't cancel, we all go to Hawaii.  A win-win as we see it...

We are canceling 😭.  Too many unknowns—restrictions etc.  Other concerns is what Hawaii May be doing.  Don’t want to end up going, putting up with masks/restrictions on ship.  Then getting to Hawaii & finding out can’t go to places like Pearl Harbor.  We are waiting until Friday to see if Princess cancels (the 6th is the deadline). Hoping to book for next October— and hoping there are some good Labor Day promo.   This cruise was supposed to be a celebration of our retirement & our friends 50th anniversary.

Re:  Hawaii cruises - 

On the NCL boards there is much discussion as NCL has pushed the resumption of the weekly POA cruises into the winter of 2022.  Just an FYI.

Well I mistakenly emailed my PVP yesterday and booked. [1] price increased $400 but had 50 OBC. I prefer lower price. [2] price dropped $2 but not on my preferred room, i can't find what that Labor Day Sale price is. Not available

Yes but my room category was sold out so I can't tell if my midship is $2 less like the aft BWs or better at my price. Not sweating $2

I like to monitor my cruise price every day and this morning it went up $150 per person for a balcony on the Sept. 2022 Enchanted Princess transatlantic. Of course, if you count the $50 OBC, it's only a $100 price increase. So much for a sale.

I have a CC on hold prior to the sale.   It went up about $250 pp with the new sale.  Ugh.  Not a good deal.

All of the cruises we had our eye on have gone up in price under the Labor Day sale.  So much for a sale!

This seems to be the 'standard' sale these days.  Booked with this half off deposit/$50 OBC a few months ago. Now, prices have just increased.....

Just check my February Caribbean cruise and the price has increased $100 per person since Tuesday for the same room category.  Not a sale for us.

I sent my PVP an email asking if I would've done better booking a day later & she lowered my fare / got another 100 OBC. Have enough now to cover gratuities, wifi, and drinks + 100
