Tree lighting ceremony was last night.  I missed out on the pic I really wanted as some kind soul ignored my cane and knocked me to the ground.  

 

They were serving Christmas cookies - especially to the children.

 

 

Sweet dress on this little one:

 

 

Atrium and upper levels were packed.  Captain and staff above doing announcements:

 

 

 

 A little 6 year old girl had the honour of lighting the tree (sorry that’s when I got knocked).

Today was our Meet and Greet.  Had the pleasure to meet some posters I have “known” at long last.

I was afraid I wasn’t going to make it - 45 minutes at Shore Excursions to get an error corrected.  I had prepaid and was charged.  At least he agreed that I had paid or used HIA - computer glitch and sadly I had to wait and watch while he tried to get it fixed.  Hopefully it doesn’t repeat next segment 🤞

@Vict0riann I believe the Beverage Manager’s name is Zero?  At least that’s what I thought I heard yesterday at Sail a Way.

 

Going to the wine tasting today with my friends so will see if I can find out more.

I loved the Christmas decorations when we were on the Koningsdam for 21 days a few years back.  They had villages set up by the Dutch Cafe at that time.   Thanks for the photos-brings back wonderful memories of our cruise.

Maybe this has been asked but I was wondering what amenities they have in the cabins. Soap, shampoo, lotion? Trying to figure out what to pack for next week. I'm not too particular in what I use so what they have should work.

The US Navy's strike carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 3, is back home at NAS North Island. She actually hosted an NCAA basketball game on her flight deck in front of her island between Gonzaga University and Michigan State University last month on November 11 - Gonzaga won - Nice pic, Kazu, keep up the fine work! 🙂

Thanks for all your reporting and pics. The Christmas decorations are festive and the sunsets are beautiful. I like the seagull! He thinks he's the Captain! Good luck at bingo! I love it too!  I have fun even though I don't win.

The Christmas flower arrangement you gave to your friends is very pretty!  I was given three different arrangements on my HAL cruises this fall, and I thought all of them were very well done and the flowers were nice and fresh.

 I saw it as I was leaving the wine tasting.  You need to know to go just like I asked for a fruit crisp last night (delicious by the way) but not the menu.

There is still conditioner, shampoo and body wash.

Yup we had a great wine tasting with 2 CC members along with J & J (as in Jeannie - Jane doesn’t do wine). Some have a low tolerance so they were topping off glasses.  I can’t do red safely so I was topping off glasses.  Let’s just say all were happy .

 

Randell was in charge - I will probably get in trouble for the spelling on that one but I asked and did the best I could.
