Hi!

 

Chandru is without a doubt one of the best and most interesting hosts we have ever met on over 30 cruises.

His friendly and welcoming manner is a great asset for Celebrity.

We just met him on our very recent Pacific Northwest Wine Cruise.

Total agree on your comments about Chandru.

I was disappointed to hear that he left Celebrity, :eek: then pleased to hear he changed his mind and came back :D

He always does a great Capts table.

Fabio was a Restaurant Manager for a long time. Looks like he has

been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager:)

 

On Summit I believe. He was RMG on Reflection most recently.

Oh WOW:)...I wonder if he will still be on board in August! I am finally

taking a cruise to Bermuda...the last time I was supposed to go? That

was with you and Joanne back in Sept 2011......then my Dad passed

away......:(

I am soooo happy that Fabiol was promoted to F&B manager! I was the best restaurant that I have encountered so far in my cruising career. I hope I have the pleasure of sailing with him on the Summit this July!

Just off Century yesterday - here is the latest:

Master - Nikolas Christodoulakis

Hotel Director - Jamie Petts [started May 19]

Cruise Director - Rich Clesen [leaves on June 2 - replacement Ben?]

Guest Relations Mgr - Cristian Comirla

rest. Mgr. - Hakan

Food and Bev. Mgr. - Brett Coleman

Exec. Chef - Andy Bouchard

Party Band - Celebration Band;Pianist Carlos Avalon; Guitarist Mickey. New twist in that there was no a capella singing group and no string trio or quartet [both contracts ended as Alaska cruising started]. Instead Rapsodia Duo [guitar, vocalist and recording backing] and Estrada Trio [jazz from piano, standing double bass and drums]..... quite a change for Cova Cafe from our past cruises.

Sorry Arno, I completely missed it. It is Marlene from Panama, and I found her delightful and charming.... some other Elite members had trouble understanding her "English as a second language" accent though because when she is excited she talks faster and faster......I'll see if I can scan my "Staff Chief Officer hosting the Captain's table dinner" photo and cut and paste her picture in a future e-mail.

We were on Infinity for the British Isles Cruise that ended May 24.

CC Hostess Jenny now off on vacation and Mellissa Snow has returned as CC Hostess after a cruise of training someone on Equinox.

CD Alejandro moved to Silhouette but he didn't say who was replacing him on Infinity.

The current master of INFINITY is the gentleman next to him: Cpt Pappas.... Looks slightly more ''alive''on this pix than on our recent sailing with him & his vessel in September.:rolleyes:

Was this captain on the Constellation in April.? I am on the Infinity June 24, 2013 Have not been able to locate anyone else on this cruise.
