Excellent and welcome news Celebrity. FYI, This is 3-4 months earlier than in past years. Now, if we can only get a Summer Caribbean offering. If Europe has the rumored downturn, perhaps Summer 2016 will be the year they try it again.

Way to go Celebrity !

WOW...seriously?....normally itineraries are released in the following

year...they are actually releasing 2016/17 in 2014?....we normally don't

see anything till March. I don't mean to sound cynical and I hope the

annoucement stays as is.......it is quite a surprise.....:)...now if they

could fix the website......that would be a true surprise!

This is great news! Thanks Celebrity Cruises.

We were so concerned that we would be in the middle of the Pacific when the next cruise we wish to book opened for sale. It will be so much easier to be able to do this while at home.

Now looking forward to a few more details so that we can work out our options.

I can't get the link to work on my Samsung tablet.(nothing new there)

Is this a list of when bookings will open for various regions?

If so, can someone tell me when they'lll be open for Carib and Panama Canal?

Will there be early booking offers for Cap Club!

we are already booked on Equinox for Jan 2016...but thinking far ahead for after that..maybe a Panama Canal cruise in fall 2017 (boy that does sound far away!)

Great news - for all the negativity that appears on CC, this is a vast improvement of the late release dates used by Holland America and Cunard, our other lines of choice and arguably Celebrity's most direct competitors. Nice to be able to shop, plan, and compare early. Thanks Celebrity!

Hi hcat

Per the document, Panama canal is 12/2/14, and Caribbean is 12/16/14 for captains club members.

Awesome. Can't wait to see the British Isle offerings for the summer of 2016!

I would love to do a British Isles cruise too......2015 itineraries don't

work for me:(

Lois,

Your post did make me smile because of an incident a couple of years ago...

We booked a Royal sailing on Brilliance to Norway. Unfortunately, because of strikes at several Norwegian ports, until we actually boarded the ship we were unsure of where we were sailing to - many pax decided not to journey to Amsterdam and took a partial refund. We'd hoped perhaps we'd sail back to Denmark or that area of the Baltics. Anyway, to cut a long story short, as we were boarding it was confirmed Norway was back on and the backup, an itinerary around the British Isles, was off. Phew, if you could have only seen the relief on our faces. We'd have been devastated sailing back home for the week :D.

Moral: different horses for different courses - bit like you booking Alaska and actually sailing up and down your local coastline ;). Btw, great news about the early deployment release :).
