Review your Mariner Account - error on mine

I just checked my Mariner Account and noticed that I am missing a cruise from 2004 (7 days). It was there last month when I checked last. What caught my eye was that the number of days I needed for my next level dropped by 7 from previous.

Even stranger, I checked my wife's account and it is correct.

Just a heads up - better to fix these things sooner rather than later.

I got in the habit of running off the list of our cruises as soon as a cruise was posted. Yes -- it is quite a few pages -- but worth it since HAL has so many site problems.

Thanks for posting this I just check and both my DW's and my account are missing our Feb 2006 cruise on the Maasdam out of Norfolk.

I don't like the new format - badly organized! My total was wrong.

Wow, thanks for the heads up. Ours are messed up too. With a lot of us missing days I wonder if it’s their website error. I had printed ours off after our 21 day cruise in December and it was fine but not now.

Just looked at mine, looks like I missing some also.

The new format doesn’t go in order. It looks like they haven’t added bonus days in the total shown, just cruise days and then a separate entry for bonus .

In keeping with the website's unpredictability, all of our cruises are listed, in order, with bonus days included. Hopefully things will remain that way! (yn)

Mine was fine, all points added up correctly but my DW was missing points. She asked if I took a cruise without her! She was missing an Alaska cruise from April 2015.

Just went to check ours. They've changed the formatting of that page, and it's not quite as clear where the credits are coming from. But, both my husband's and my accounts are correct.

Mine was missing a couple cruises, and in the 5 minutes it took me to check my record, now they're all there....must be a work in progress. :rolleyes:

Thats how I was able to figure out which cruise was missing - I printed out my list after my last cruise a couple of months ago. Good Tip!

Reporting back - rechecked my account this morning and now it is correct! Strange and concerning.

Checked with HAL. New system was implemented over the weekend. Expect it to be stable (and correct) now.....
