Bummer! Looks like you've been everywhere though. I'm still working on that! Ours is an Alaska itinerary out of SF 9/2018. We don't have to fly anywhere so that will be kind of nice.

 

There was a nice greek itinerary that we liked but it leaves August 11th, not sure they could have picked a worse time to visit Greece..hot and crowded. All the good Australian itineraries are on super old ships that we hate and wouldn't sail again. Oh well, liking our land trips more than cruises these days anyway.

The regular soda package does not apply at Princess Cays because that package is only for fountain soda and they only have canned soda at Princess Cays.

 

The AIBP will apply since it can be used for soda cans and for any other beverage that costs $10 or less.

I read the Princess AIBP details and only saw coffee and alcoholic beverages listed. So this includes unlimited soda on the ship also? I am hoping so!

Free All-Inclusive Beverage Package applies to guests booked in a balcony stateroom or above, valid only for guests 1 & 2 per stateroom who are 21 years or older. The All-Inclusive Beverage Package price is $57.45 (US Dollars) per guest, per day and includes beer, cocktails, spirits and glasses of wine up to $10, all non-alcoholic beverages including bottled water, coffee, tea, and espresso specialty drinks, with a pre-paid 15% gratuity included for these items.

Super excited! Added sip & sail to my current booking that we did under the $1 deposit and got to keep all my OBC of $450 too!

 

Got my Sip N Sail added to my Dec 2018 cruise on Royal Princess. No change to my cruise fare and all my OBC stayed attached so a for sure big WIN WIN!!!

I just checked prices for my May 2018 cruise and the website lists the same price as I have already booked under. Waiting on a call back from my cruise planner to switch to Sip and Sail. It is my understanding that as long as there is still a cabin available in your category they can switch your promotion.

Not U.S., but North American. Here are the residency restrictions direct from Princess website: "Offer is available to residents of the 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Bermuda and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and receive this offer."

that makes more sense, will there be any similar offers for UK customers?

In my particular case the category we had already booked (S4) was sold out for our sailing and we were still able to rebook the same cabin under the SnS promotion.

We don't drink (and have two Mini-bar setups as it is) so my TA just re-fared us under the Sip and Sale Promotion and added $1300 of OBC and Speciality Dining for our 3 cruises in full suites. Now we will get two complimentary specialty dining for both of us on each cruise.

$150p/p for a 7 night cruise

 

$250 pp for 13 nights and above

$200 pp for 9? - 12 nights

 

We got $500 + $400 + $400 = $1300 plus specialiy dinners (in addition to the complimentary on on embarkation evening) for our suites.

 

Since we don't drink much we trade in one of our mini-bars for two coffee cards, then swap out individual items on the second minibar, e.g. Sprite for Coke, Gin for Cognac.

We had 1/26/19 Crown Princess booked with the $1 p/p Non refundable Deposit promo.

TA re-fared it today choosing the Sip&Sale OBC option ($150p/p) .

Cruise rate remained the same as when originally booked and we retained the original $1 p/p deposit but now that is Refundable !

Those $1 Deposit days were great !

Our Star Alaska cruise LA to LA 9/18/18 had gone up so much from when we booked it last April, the Sip & Sail didn't make sense.

 

But we did rebook our 12/15/18 Mexico cruise with the same price as when we originally booked and got the Sip & Sail OBC of $150pp + the Specialty dinner for 2.

Our TA added the S+S to both of our Spring 2019 cruises but we opted for the $150/pp OBC which for our B2B cruises is $600. Everyone sailing with us also selected the OBC option. Unlike some past promotions, our cruise fare did not increase to give us some benefits.

 

We used a FCD deposit on one cruise but had to use the $1 non-refundable deposit on the other cruise because we had depleted our supply of FCDs. That $1 deposit is all we've made & we didn't have to make a full $100 refundable deposit.

 

Our cabins are obstructed balconies on the Royal which are now displayed with interior cabins & needed to confirm they were eligible. Our TA confirmed with Princess that we qualified for the S+S offer & added the benefits to our cruises. :)

 

Our confirmation states this offer has limited space regardless of availability which based on previous offers could result in not being available for some cabins before the 8/31 ending date. It's also unavailable on certain fare codes: travel agent, interline, friends & family and casino fares.

We're booked on a March 2019 Royal Princess cruise to Cabo San Lucas out of LA. I checked this AM and it's on the Sip N Sail!! Surprised the Princess rep.

Got the alternate OBC instead of the booze and kept our price!!

DH immediately wanted me to check to see if the Hawaii/Tahiti was on the web site yet. ;) No such luck. :(
