What if you're seated in the dining room at a table with lower status cruiser's...are you also uncomfortable?

They might as well ask us to walk over to the Carnival ship and eat with them!!! 😂😂😂

Ugh...was on Allure last month. That one is already a disaster. Upstairs was being used for Chef's Table. Talk about a loud, unpleasant dinner. I wouldn't be too happy if I paid for that!

WHat's the current DL setup on Allure??

Sounds like they opened it up to the entire Viking Crown area.

They do the same on Explorer out of Australia.

Usually with the DL and Viking with Dizzy's bar working there's no real issues.

Plus its nice to have a few drinks in the "Crown & Kettle Pub"

I have seen more than a few folks walk out with a drink in each hand but I suppose if a third hand was available a drink would have been in that one as well.

On the Rhapsody TA they won't allow you to leave the lounge or the overflow area with a drink.

I guess I should consider myself lucky in that I still haven't reached D status and have to deal with these headaches. When striving to get to D status I thought about the small extra perks, like the 3 drinks loaded onto your seapass card that can be used at any of the bars around the ship. The whole D lounge sounds pretty terrible.

It is terrible.... you must avoid it at all costs when you turn diamond.  (At least on the sailings I am on).:classic_laugh::classic_laugh:😈

Glad you agree that our D+ benefits have been cut...some just don't get that.

Oh he realized it a long time ago (at least in his mind) and has shared his thoughts on this topic ad nauseum....

Change is the only constant.

As someone with a receptive mind I keep all options open.

I still believe RC has the best loyalty program even if it has been diluted by changing CL to SL and restricting D+ access.

We have just got off a P&O ship where we had a Suite.IMG_20181201_133404.thumb.jpg.a1c5bbea1d62acb1dee41c3d3e1f84ca.jpg

Did they let you take your support monkey onboard?  God that thing looks real!

Use your 3 drinks on your seapass in another lounge.

Royal still has the best loyalty program out there. You will get nothing if you cruise

Princess, Carnival or NCL. Princess top level gives 1 set up of small drink bottles

in your room when you board. It is not refilled.

Everything changes, we all feel the pinch in one way or another.

Nothing to add.  Just helping another lounge thread get to 100+ posts.

^ Might need 12 more of these posts. I don't think there is anymore that can be said on the subject.

Only need 11 more posts now!
