Based on the deckplans, they are D4.

Wonder why those deck 14 cabins never show as available on  any sailing? Not even the same  color ones on the aft sides on deck 14 toward when going toward the middle of the ship. Can't find those either.

On Saturday, we drove around the hills of Tuscany.  From Selvatelle to Terricciola then to Peccioli and then stopped in the hilltop town of San Gimignano.  We got out and walked around San Gimignano.  It is famous for its many skyline of towers that were built in the 12th and 13th centuries. There is a cathedral, many shops, gelato places and restaurants.  As you can see on the map, we went in a big circle. After San Gimignano, we drove on to Volterra. Then back up to Selvatelle.

When we were in Italy, I think we had to stop at every gelato place.  Looks good.

It reminds me... we're traveling with our BFF, and the guy is an "vanilla-only" gelato type... Since it's quite a classic flavor [not to say a banal one 😉], not many gelato "boutiques" were carrying it...

DH was driving, and I've got to tell you ... not very happy that we have to check every gelato in our way for the vanilla flavor....

Good price for parking. We normally park right next to the ship and they pick up your bags straight from the boot of the car.  But it's about £10 per day

Guess 6.5 hours isn't too bad, works out around 50 mph. Is that average for that journey?

We had a couple of nights pre cruise in Premier Inn Westquay and the multi storey car park is behind the PI.

I made a couple of 20 minutes food breaks.

When I drive non stop it is around 6 hours.

Bader for the Yankees has 5 homeruns in the Post Season............he is making Judge look silly. 🤪

I think Judge's value may have dropped a bit. The last couple of years, his post season performance has not matched his regular performance.  As much as he's the face of the Yankees,  unless he's going to give the home team a discount, the money could be better spent elsewhere.

And he was a St. Louis product................both NY teams were a total failure.  Neither team had any heart. They both were a product of their managers. Hopefully both will be gone before the season starts next year.

What can I say? Go Phillies!

I can't say I'm surprised by the Yankees, they've been a .500 team since mid-July.  Too many injuries to the bullpen and lead-off guys left them thin both offensively and pitching.  I agree, some players seemed to lack heart, whining about how Houston "got lucky" on a few key hits. No, at least 2 of the games swung in Houston's favor when they capitalized on mistakes made by the Yankees including last nights go head run.

And Boone needs to go. He's too soft on the players and too eager to pull a pitcher at the first hint of trouble. The only thing that does surprise me is the sweep, I thought they would be able to win at least 2 games at home.

Although I should add,  Judge 62 HR and probable season MVP, it's not easy to see him walk away.  He is one of the reasons that Yankees made it to the post season.  If he really wants to see the Yankees get to the next level, forgo some potential salary & let the money be spent on pitching. The old adage is sill true: Good pitching beats good hitting.  Teams rarely bash their way to a World Series title

Sorry about your favorite baseball team no longer playing this season. My thinking is that “heads will roll”.If Judge leaves there will likely be a major overhaul.

Thank you. Hockey season is in full swing. Let's Go Rangers.  I was at yesterdays day's game. It was horrible, they lost 5-1.

I think Judges value dropped a bit with his playoff showing , still should be one of the highest paid players in baseball. Hopefully he will resign with Yankees but Yankees needs some major improvement to be able to beat the Astros next year , hopefully Boone who I previously liked will be gone .

I think if the Phillies win it, they are going to have to Bash there way to the title. Their Pitching is not good as the Astro's. Phillies have more heart though.

Need to take one of the 1st two at Houston to have a chance. 🙂

What is nice though, the Phillies clinched the Wild card in Houston a  few weeks ago, would be sweet to Win the World Series there too.  Then on the Billboard in Houston they could put up there Congrats to the Phillies World Champions 🙂 .....like they did when they clinched a Wild Card Birth

Not so sure, I think more like a  C5 Ocean View Large Balcony Stateroom............But I think right now Royal has not released those cabins on  the aft of deck 14 yet.

So...from what I gathered on this thread - which is hard to keep up with- you were refused embarkation due to covid...for the Cities of Antiquities cruise? And so instead are doing a DIY driving adventure? Will you at any point join the cruise?  Did you book a hotel somewhere and wait it out till testing negative before resuming travel plans?

Your pics remind me so much of a few places we visited during the chairman's cruise:  Perugia, Orvieto and Spoleto area - not all that far from where you've been traveling. Assisi is well worth a stop also. Absolutely lovely area. We had never been there before. Tuscany is one of the pre-cruise extensions for the Antiquities cruise.

Sorry for the two empty (edited) posts. It seemed like my submission wasn't going through at first but then saw that 3 of the exact same replies showed up!

Doesn't make sense though because those balconies pictures are larger then the normal balcony and they usually charge more for those cabins. I still can't seem to find any of those cabins showing as available to book.  Looking at March 2025, The itinerary with 4 ports.
