Escargot--Yes or No?

So after years of giving my husband a hard time for probably being the only one who orders this in MDR, and that X stocks it just for him, thought I would toss it out there..

Do many of you ever order Escargot?

Yes, in usually in lumanie, you can order it there, and usually get it  a couple of times a cruise

I'll let him know he's not alone.  I don't think he even needs prior "encouragement" 🙂  I've had it once and it would take an awful lot of whiskey to get me to have that again!

Oh m'gosh,  Champagnslass, He hates peas too!  Odd though that he actually liked Mushy Peas when we were in London. Go figure.

Pretty much each night, unless there is some other appetizer that strikes my fancy. My wife thinks they are disgusting.

I use to order 2 plates of escargot every night for over 15 years. Who remembers the escargot shortage of 2013. It was a rough year. I know who would think that there would be a world wide shortage of escargot.

We now dine in Luminae. While I still do order escargot some. My new favorite is hearts of palm. What about a  Oyster Bar????

Unlikely. Have had them a few times. Much prefer sautéed mushrooms & garlic😋 DH says same, though he agrees with @candersonabout the impact of whiskey on his decision😜

That's right during that 2013 shortage Celebrity served sautéed mushrooms & garlic instead. They were good also.

Yes!  I order escargot!!!   Its a great excuse to have garlic  butter.  🙂
