It's 4:12pm and the Sunrise hasn't left Miami. Anyone onboard have a clue?

This must be funny because 5 people found it so, but I don't get it.

Of course,  all I had to do was post she's not moving and then she moves.

Please post "Intrepid didn't hit a Royal Flush"

OP says of course the opposite happens right after I say something happens. So IFromDc tells OP to post this in the hope the opposite will again happen. Hit a Royal Flush in the casino and you could win hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

12 minutes? You must be fun on a plane.....LOL

I could go snarky right back at you, but instead I will clarify that the chat group on the Port of Miami's live webcam were wondering why nothing was going on at almost a quarter after 4:00 since  according to the Port schedule  the ship  to leave the dock at 3:30.  Everyone there knows cruise ships don't always leave on time; they just wanted to know if anyone knew why.   I think you jumped to the wrong conclusion concerning the tone in which the question was asked.

On the 8/21 Magic sailing, the ship was scheduled to leave at 4 - we had the Sail Away party and then just...sat there. At 4:30, Exceptionally Enthusiastic Cruise Director made the first of three every-half-hour announcements that we'd be leaving "as soon as they completed the paperwork." At 5:50, we were sitting on the balcony, facing the cruise terminal and saw a couple of Sheriff vans pull up. The cops entered the ship and came out three minutes later with a passenger in handcuffs and the rest of their party departing with their luggage. We set sail five minutes later, the 'paperwork' having been completed.

WOW! I guess you have to have all the paperwork in order for an arrest warrant.

Will the passenger complain if there is no refund for his (or her) cruise?

Yeah, we were solidly 2 hours late leaving Miami on Sunrise in late August.  'Paperwork' my eye.  They were dealing with a crew Covid situation (disembarked that day) that almost didn't allow us to visit Half Moon, an issue that went all the way to the top of Carnival's house AND the Bahama govt.
