Website issues

I'm unable to log into Carnival's site today.  Is anyone else having issues?

Still not working right. Logged in but I couldn't get past step 1 on a new booking.

 

It always takes a few minutes for all the functionality of servers to restart properly. Maybe have some hors devoures first.

I can log in now but the Planner tab is blank.  Tried to re-enter the booking and nothing.

Same thing for me.  When I try to add the bookings back in it does absolutely nothing.  I click the submit, and nothing but nothing happens.

Oh thank heavens! I thought it was just me. I can log in, but can't access my cruises.

 

Now, if they've deleted my VIP cabana reservation at Mahogany Bay, they're gonna have some splainin' to do!

I can't even log in.  I first got an error msg. saying my password was incorrect (the one I've used for many years, and I know is right).  But I figured I'd reset it anyway, but when I tried to do that, I got an "internal server error" so I guess I will give up for now.

I just had no problem signing in.  All of my cruises are showing and pre-purchased items are also showing.  I hope the issues others are having will be solved soon.

Can't log in at all.  Called Carnival earlier today and was informed that they are having problems with the website and are trying to fix it.  Think I will just check back tomorrow.

Well we know they're not spending all that money they're saving by cutting back cabin service on the website...

I don't know if it is just us, but for a while now when we book a cruise we no longer get the confirmation email. The cruise shows up on the Carnival site though. So, if you don't get the confirmation email go to the web site and copy down the booking number. You may need it later if their site wipes your bookings and you have to reenter them.

Everything looks back to normal this morning.  I was trying to pay on my balance yesterday and couldn't even log in.  I gave up and tried again a few minutes ago.  👍

Could print luggage tags this morning, but you printing other documents no longer included the booking summary with vifp numbers/ status,  obc, or purchase.  Just a few pages of general info. 

 

Is there another place on the booking page to verify they have the vifp numbers and status listed correctly on the booking?

I didn't even notice the difference in the documents.  When I look at the individual guest details within the booking, I see our VIFP numbers but not our current statuses.

Seems ok to me...Just snagged a previously sold out cabana for my Aug cruise.
