Called Royal: was told it's not available for my sailing :(

You can click on Packages and get to the initial page on my April 1 Harmony cruise, but then when you click on the actual thumbnail to get to the page to buy it, you get a 404 error page:

Maybe; maybe not. 
The Key has a finite number of spots, it’s very common for it to sell out. Perhaps this has the same capacity restrictions.

I expect the “specific to our Celebrity brand” gives them the out they want to save face.

I told them I want it escalated as I have proof it was on the site and was able to book it

They discontinued this a while ago on Celebrity - they too made an error with pricing and didn’t honour it!

I am trying to get into "Packages" on my Wonder cruise and my Adventure cruises, and it is ust circling and circling. Still shows up on my Ordered Page for Wonder, have not yet received an email about cancellation and refund.
