Post cruise survey

We didn't receive one either from the cruise we just returned from on 10/29.  A PVP reached out to my husband to give us offers on new cruises.  He told her we never received it and she sent us over the link.  Maybe try calling?

On the whole - the company will do what it wants to do. Bacation is never going to end for example. But small things, our surveys do have impact - Fun Times are back to being delivered every night for example.

I cannot recall a cruise that we did not recieve a post cruise survey. Both cruises this year we got the email. Not sure what the process is for Carnival, but we always get them. They definitely use those surveys to reward employees you mention, I always friend the great employees on FB and have recieved feedback from the crew that they appreciate the mentioning of them.

Me too!  I write down their names in my Notes on my phone so I can commend them to Carnival on their great work on the survey👍

We cruise on most of the mainstream cruise lines.  Perception is very subjective and things change from year to year.  But my feeling is that Celebrity and Carnival are more responsive to their customers wishes than other lines.  It is the sort of thing you could argue all day long and very based in personal experience, of course.

We have received an email survey after each cruise and have replied to each one.  I keep a note in my phone on names, positions and positive comments during each cruise and use those.  Sometimes I take photos of the staff badges which helps with spelling and positions.  When leaving our last cruise in September, both the room steward and lead MDR staff us to be sure to fill out the survey.  Our room steward told us that recently Carnival starting having the reviews read to the staff and they receive benefits for their names and positive comments mentioned.  Both said it helps when their contracts are up for renewal and will sometimes give them extra time in port or especially for promotion purposes.   It does take effort to remember, but it is a great way to end each cruise.

I was on the Magic in mid November and I got TWO surveys - one regular one and one from the casino. I have always received a regular survey on my Carnival cruises (lucky me), but this was my first casino survey. I didn't have a lot to say, as I didn't spend much time there.

Received a casino survey for our latest as well for first time….not really a gambler, jsut used the diamond free play.
