Just for fun - NCL ship luggage tag colours

The last few years NCL has been allocating certain colour of luggage tags to each ship. I have saved a few - can others fill in the missing colours?

 

BLISS -

BREAKAWAY - LIME

DAWN -

EPIC -

ESCAPE - MAROON

GEM - GREEN

GETAWAY - TEAL

JADE - GREY

JEWEL -

JOY -

PEARL -

SKY -

SPIRIT - RED

STAR -

SUN -YELLOW

I've always been under the impression that the color had more to do with where the luggage was to end up on the ship, than any specific color related to the ship.

 

No, each ship is assigned a color. Clearly marked on the tag is either Forward, Aft and your cabin number.

Each ship is not assigned a specific color luggage tag. Each SAILING is assigned a different color tag. IOW, this week's sailing might be LIME, next week's sailing might be ORANGE.

 

This is done so that if a guest left the tag on the luggage after embarking, that there would be less chance that outgoing luggage at the end of their cruise would be confused by incoming luggage from the next cruise (keeping in mind that disembarkation tags might be torn and fall off).
