hpeabody Posted November 21, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 21, 2017 For the last couple weeks I have had much difficulty launching/opening Cruise Critic boards and roll calls. If I wait patiently I will usually get a 502 or 504 Bad Gateway error. I am using a Windows 7 desktop PC, I typically use Firefox (NOT the new Quantum) (but same thing happens with Chrome) I am trying to determine if the issue is with me or with Cruise Critic. BTW, I have no similar issues with any other websites. I normally use bookmarks, but I tried creating brand new bookmarks, which for a few days I thought resolved the issue. But Noooooooooo it's back today. I have also tried clearing cache with no resolution. I am just wondering if other members are having a similar issue or is it truly just me. TwoCruisers Posted November 21, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 21, 2017 For a day and a half (11/8/2017 and 11/9/2017) I couldn’t get onto any of the Cruise Critic Boards. I thought that the boards were down for some reason. When I got back on I found that people had been posting the entire time that I off. I couldn’t get on by using different browsers and three different computers. I could get onto the Cruise Critic web site, just not the boards. I have not had any other problems with the boards. Rare Essiesmom Posted November 21, 2017 #7 Share Posted November 21, 2017 I just got the Bad Gateway today, but I get another Bad Request error (bad cookie) often after I have been on CC a lot. The second one I fix temporarily by clearing cookies. The Bad Gateway I got today I hit the back button, but it took me to a different board than I wanted and it was sooo slooow that I just rebooted the computer and it works fine now.
