Today is the last day for the "Take all 6" and Free $100 OBC for past guests. I'm wondering if you think cruise prices will go down, if they stop the promotions. Although- I know NCL always has SOME kind of promotion happening. Just debating if I should book Escape March 31-April 7 now or wait it out. Price isn't bad.

Ha ha ha! I will as soon as I win cruise fare from you tomorrow. 😋

You win.....(it is being extended)

It’s too bad all I have laying around is some old Monopoly money with ice cream and candy goo all over it. I will mail it to you as soon as I can get it unstuck from the playing board,

😃

I think Free Air is here to stay after hearing the CEO talk about it on Mad Money. I would rather pay less and book my own air.

You are definitely right there. "Free" Air is now one of the normally available Free At Sea perks. The few times it was offered as it's own promotion, you could call in, opt-out of it, and get a $100 discount on your fare. Those days are now over. Now you just choose a different perk!

How does that free air work? I select it and my cruise price goes up -- not really free?

As per my prediction -- more of the same with some OBC.

It is free for the most part from ATL to MIA, I know that...depends on where you are flying from..

It's free or discounted, depending on where you are flying from/to. Like right now, for me to sail out of NYC, the flight is truly free, but if I sail out of Miami, it's $199 per person.

When I can get a sail away rate AND a complimentary airline ticket, drink package, specialty dining, shore excursions or WiFi, I’ll be ok with calling it a “perk”, otherwise it’s just something else I’ve paid for in my view.

Hope not. Not a big fan. From the limited sampling of cruises I have following, the price went up. We probably all pay more for the few who actually use it.

I am waiting to see reviews where passengers miss two days of cruise because they missed embarkation from flight delays. NCL promises to get you on board at the next port. Not my ideal start to a vacation.

I think they will blow our minds and totally change everything (other than UBP, SDP, and WIFI; those are here to stay).  For those staying in The Haven and/or upper level suites (OS/DOS w/ no Haven) they will offer free hookers and blow, as well as plastic straws.  All other suites will only get the free plastic straws.

The little people that don't/can't sail in the suites will get the nicer metal straws, however their will be a $250 surcharge for the equipment to clean the straws.

Just my opinion.  I could be wrong.  It happens occasionally.
