Wish I could view the proposed changes.  Can’t find it on their web site. What an awful web site. So user unfriendly.   I went to ships, then Equinox, , and it keeps kicking me back to a general screen for Revolution.

Nothing specific.

It's not the website. Other than deck vague plans which were quietly updated, there have been zero details released so far. Following in Summit's footsteps, they won't release anything at all up until dry dock is underway or maybe even until it's completed. All of the early info that came out in regard to Summit was from unofficial or internal sources.

I stumbled upon this picture...looks like all of the ships may get the solid blue hull treatment?

I expect that is the plan.  Millennium and Summit have already changed.

I like the glass doors myself....no guessing where anything is...at home I know where my stuff is, on a cruise, not so much.

Oh well, we can’t all like the same things...

I suspect the Equinox will--like the Millie and Summit--have similar changes in cabins, colors etc

Am interested to see what they do with the specialty restaurants... There is speculation that Silk Harvest will disappear and LPC will come in... though since it is not the same as Qsine--this remains to be seen.

I'm not sure why the deck plan dates are listed that way. The last cruise is April 24th which returns on May 4th. Then she goes out of service and returns on 6/1 based on the other schedules Celebrity has published.

Just a guess.. perhaps the dry dock schedule changed and the IT is behind the curve/didn't rename the file?

I agree the dates are odd

Silk Harvest is definitely going away according to what Celebrity currently has published...

• Le Petit Chef is available during Dinner only – 4 Course Menu (he is busy cooking during breakfast and lunch)

• Reservations only – Dinner experience is approximately 90 minutes

• Le Petit Chef on Millennium Class ships is available in Qsine

• Le Petit Chef is available in Qsine on all ML & SL Class ships, except the SL and EQ. The SL and EQ, which currently have Silk Harvest, will convert the space to Le Petit Chef at Qsine during the dates below.

• Le Petit Chef on Celebrity Edge is available in The Grand Bistro

• Reservations can be confirmed with a pre-cruise purchase or onboard

Thanks. That clear it up

So X is putting all of the eggs into LPC. Do you expect they may also make this Qsine if LPC runs its course quickly?

Interesting, where did you see this? What are the dates for the switch over? We are on the June 1st cruise ( first one after the redo) and Silk Harvest is still listed as a dinner option.

It's posted on one of Celebrity's websites. The dates coincide with the dry dock dates. As of 6/1 it will be LPC. No Lawn Club Grill but they are adding cabanas.

I just saw a video on facebook with Captain Kate talking with the chef who is doing the movable feast cruise with the Cake Boss.  Captain Kate did confirm that Silk Harvest will be replaced by Le Petite Chef post revolution.

Here's a tiny of bit of new-ish info. Summit and Millenium specifically say "all brand new staterooms" where Equinox says "staterooms refreshed", so aside from the bathrooms being updated and a cabin re-fresh, I don't imagine major changes to the cabins for S class ships. Craft Social appears to be the exact same thing as Gastrobar, just with a new name. Quasar replaced by the relocated conference center. Adding a screen and alcoves to the lawn.

THE RETREAT SUNDECK

 - Designed by Kelly Hoppen, MBE Cabanas, Loungers, Hot Tub, Artwork and more

THE RETREAT LOUNGE

- Designed by Kelly Hoppen Replacing Michael’s Club – Bar, Lounge and Concierge

ALL BRAND-NEW SUITES

- Designed by Kelly Hoppen, MBE

ADD 1 REFLECTION SUITE AND 5 SIGNATURE SUITES

- Same location as Celebrity Reflection, however different design

ADD STATEROOMS

8 Inside

STATEROOMS RE-FRESHED

Redesigned bathrooms with all-new finishes and fixtures

REDESIGNED CASINO

New modern design, new gaming machines, and new bar

DEN ON 7

Replacing Team Earth Designed for families featuring unique seating and Xbox gaming

CRAFT SOCIAL

Replacing Gastrobar Featuring 40 craft beers, expert guide, wine & cocktails on tap, food favorites, flat-screen TVs, and leather seating

ENHANCED LAWN CLUB

-New Alcoves and oversized outdoor movie screen

REFRESHED PASSPORT BAR

- Refreshed seating area

THE MEETING PLACE

- Moving Sky Conference Center to replace Quasar on Deck 4

This is an interesting chart, but now I'm really confused.  I'm booked on Equinox in November, and my Cruise Planner is offering me dinner at Silk Harvest.  According to the chart, Silk Harvest goes away in June.  The chart also says QSine ends June 2019, and Equinox doesn't have that restaurant.  For that matter, the Celebrity website has updated deck plans for Equinox that say the updates begin in May 2020.  All info I've seen say the updates take place as of June 1, 2019.

Does anyone know if the Equinox is to be refurbished at the Grand Bahama shipyard? If so, I wonder how the accident with the Oasis might alter the schedule for the Equinox.

The Equinox is scheduled to be there. RCCL cancelled the Oasis’s next 3 cruises and the ship will now be repaired in Cadiz Spain.  Hopefully Equinox can still be refurbished in Freeport. I am booked on the June 1st cruise.

Just got off Equinox today. From what I heard, Michael’s Club will be changed but will still be a space for suite class in addition to the new main Retreat Lounge space on Deck 14. However, the feel of Michael’s Club will be much different with a minimalist modern bright design.

The outdoor Retreat area will have at least one hot tub, but folks hadn’t heard anything about an additional pool.

Luminae is staying in its current location but getting a facelift as well.

I don't think it's possible to add a pool because it changes the weight ratio on the ship, due to water weight.

Makes sense.  I think a pool is doubtful.  Some sort of water feature would be fantastic, though.  Just looking at water is part of the reason I love the Solarium, though I guess if I turn my chair I can easily see the ocean which should be more than enough water to look out upon.
