Delayed from yesterday...great time, nice view, and delicious fresh lobster at Perry's lobster pound on the dock.

Thank you!   No, not too hot for hiking, because it has been cool here until the last couple of days.  

 

Some of those things that life throws at you just got in the way.  The wife of one of our closest “couples friends” passed away, and then my wife had to have surgery, so have been preoccupied.  

 

At least my wife is doing well, but her doctor says it could take one to two years to get back to normal.  At least she is okay to travel, and hike if she is up to it.  

 

Today, I pulled our boat out and got it ready to put in the lake.  My grandson has asked me every day if it is ready to go.  He wants to go as soon as school is out at the end of the week.  I think this will be the year he learns to waterski. 

 

Maybe I will shoot a wake view video later this week. 😁😁😁

I have one requirement for eating lobster. There MUST be some where that I can wash my hands immediately after finishing or I won't even start. I also need to brush my teeth as soon after as possible.

The big botanical gardens were not open (not until June 23rd 😞 )...but we found the Azalea garden walk, which was pretty as well.  Not as big, but a nice walk.

In my heart, I congratulate Prince Harry on the birth of his daughter.

Looks delicious!  Wheres your lobster bib.  I always have to wear one when I eat lobster or crabs.  I always drip that melted butter on myself.
