New Princess Casino Offer 🚢💰

Thank you for posting; I also got the same offer and it made me pause. It seems to have many of the same offers as the two previous offers but the offer seems to be for less. When they made the first offers, some folks were being offered as much as $1000 and a balcony; we were and accepted (then upgraded) a ocean view and $500 plus the free grats, drink package, and unlimited WiFi. I asked at that time if there was a limit on the number of "free cruises" per customer as there were a couple more I was interested in. Princess agent told me she would check and get back to me. She never did. The new offer appears to be for an inside cabin and$250 free play. No mention of the packages. I had wanted to take one of the cruises on either side of the one I did book and it is now being offered as free. I am wondering if I will be able to upgrade (to stay in same balcony cabin) and how much adding the packages will cost? I will be following this thread.

Maybe I am not quite understanding your post triple7tahoe but why would you not phone Princess again and ask them about this new offer and which cruises you are interested in and see what they offer.  I use my own travel agent and they always check to see if an offer is better using the casino offer or not.  Sometimes one offer is better than another or you can not use one with the other.  Anyhow I would call Princess again and see what the cost will be.  Following this thread might not answer your particular situation.

No email here, but as I was booking a 4/4/2022 Hawaii cruise yesterday and noticed my wife and I both had a "9990 - $250 Casino Freeplay" offer, sail by 12/15/2021.

Has anyone had any luck having an offer's sail by date extended (to April 4, 2022 in this case?)

I got it and unfortunately, with 3 cruises booked for next year, I can't fit it in.  The one I have in February was an Oceanview with $500 in free play and all the perks.  (Upgraded my cabin)  Much better deal.  Now just hoping we go!

This offer is different than just getting the casino rate.  It's free.  It's just specific cruises.

I have a travel agent that would not  receive a commission on a cruise for which there is no fare. He has spent the long hold times that others have reported on here and I did not feel it was fair to him. I will call Princess but was hoping someone had already done so and I could save the time.

I seriously doubt it.  I called for a cruise I had previously put on hold without any deposit.  They noted that the rules were specific and they couldn't just add the free play, they would have to rebook, as I booked it prior to when the offer came out.  It sounded to me that the system will only let them book within the parameters that are listed.

Hello folks,

I've seen quite a few guys @ both HAL and Princess forums mentioning about free casino sails. Wondering how did you guys receive this promo - like did you gamble heaps whine on the ship to be qualified for this offer? And guess it's a USA based offer only isn't it?

Cheers,

Michael

There's no limit on how many free cruises you can take.   Say if you book one in April, June and Sept.

Each cruise you can have whatever the promotion is. But say if you book three together b2b2b on same

promotion the will only give you the free money or what ever the 1st cruise only. But all cruises are free.

On Holland if have free cruises and money on b2b2b they give you the money on all the free cruises.

Have not sailed on Princess in years, usually do NCL with Casino at sea.   Prior to Covid their offers had been less generous.   Was very surprised to get email from Princess for the free balcony with drink package, WiFi and gratuities and $1000 casino credit.     Called to see what the catch was and surprised by no catch.   $150 pp for port charges and $200 pp which isn’t refundable but is goven as OBC to use when you board.  Going Eastern Caribbean Nov 2021.    Should be safe by then

You need to play a minimum amount and for a minimum period of time in order to qualify for these free casino offers.
Varies from one cruise line to another.
it does not depend on how much you win or lose but on the amount of cash you have played

Just waiting to see how long it takes for someone to chime in and say they received an offer without even stepping into the casino.

They have records and accounts of how much each big player has played and how much he or she has won or lost and accordingly they prepare and send the invitations for a free Cruise.

you are more likely to get invited if you have given them a lot of business in the past.

Then they know that you are very likely to give them more business, if they put you on a free Cruise.

It's a good marketing strategy to boost their business.

No email here, but I noticed that the offer is showing as available on my profile, when I click on "view more details" in the On Board Credit section.

Thank you for sharing that because I didn’t get an email but did discover an offer in my account! It’s not as awesome as those many on here are receiving, but I sure appreciate it!

We got one for Jan 9 /21....  7 day Mexico.  It was free inside and $250 free play.  The only problem with these is they are non-refundable.  So if we cancel we lose the port taxes we paid and deposit which would be applied as OBC on our account when boarding the ship.  Hoping that Princess will cancel,  then we will get a refund.  I don't see this cruise happening as the virus numbers are rising again and no sign of international travel and with the US on a "do not travel to " warning for most countries and the US/ Canada border closed indefinately ☹️

I've got a cruise planned as well, when I got the email for the "free" interior plus the $250.  I wanted to do a B2B with that "free" offer, but when I called and asked about staying in the same cabin I am in previously,  she quoted me a price that was about the same as if I booked that cabin myself, without the "freebies"  And then something about if I cancel, I would lose everything $$.  I said no thanks, if I want to book, I will go the usual route...Even with the one I have booked, I haven't paid anything except the deposit, waiting to hear what the CDC has to say.  I want to keep my money in my pocket, I don't want any FCC at this point.

I'm booked on the Caribbean Princess with a casino offer of Princess Plus, free grats, 500 casino play for March.

Offer was for Ocean View, but upgraded to balcony.  100 pp.
I'm still holding out hope this happens, but haven't pulled the trigger on airfare yet.
