These musical charters seem to have late departures. Late entertainers? Not much activity on Sail Away post. It’s quite in here.

Now that she's all lit up, there is something on the aft deck that is flashing with light, I wonder if there is one of those giant TVs out there.  Or maybe it's something to do with the charter.

 

The pilot is getting on board the Rotterdam.

I'm curious about the flashing light as well.  Sometimes it looks like a sign of some sort.  I hope we get a better view as she sails out.

It really does look like a giant screen.

There are lights moving on the pier, but I can't tell if it's a little white truck.   No smoke from her funnel either, as far as I can tell.   The SE camera is doing a better closeup than the Sw cam.

 

But it looks like a tug lining up aft.

Thank you, I never thought to look at the SE Cam, as I figured it would be pointed out to sea.

It's not a charter.  Nieuw Amsterdam is a charter this week (Malt Shop) and next week (R&B).  Rotterdam is regular sailings.

 I read that it's a Legendary Rhythm and Blues charter.   Never mind, @wdw1972 just clarified this.
