Princess After Cruise Survey

It has been a week now after our cruise and usually I would have gotten a survey from Princess rating our cruise.  Nothing yet.  Everyone was great, so really wanted to let Princess know how happy we were.  Do yo know how I can get a survey?  

Strange, we sailed on Caribbean Princess on 11/28 and again on 12/19 and the survey popped up on my phone right before we did the early walkoff.

We cruised Nov. 28 and Jan. 30 and neither of us got a survey for either cruise. Disappointing as there were some standout crew we would have liked to give a shout out. Does it come in the app? by email? We didn't get anything.

I just filled mine out for my cruise that ended today. I was expecting to be able to rate the shore excursions I took. It let me give a general rating about my shore excursions, but not to rate them and comment on them individually.

So, hm.

 

I never got one, so I had my husband check. He got one on 2/2 and one on 2/7 for our 1/29 disembark date. Both say expires in two weeks.

 

Both are expired, already.
 

How can I provide feedback on this cruise? Grrr.

I have received a separate survey regarding excursions.  May take a week or so.

✔️ That sounds like the best bet.

They always send our surveys immediately during B2B2B cruises & we never have the opportunity to complete them because were still on the ship at that time.

Make sure you have the box ticked in your Princess personal account to receive the Princess merchandising emails.

 

If it is not ticked you will not receive the after cruise survey.

I didn't know about that one. 

Of course now I'll be receiving tons of other offers as well. 

I'll have to remember to switch it on and off as needed.
