They do check! And the dinner with $0.00 cost will show up in my account. Just curious if they deny second dinner attempt

I think that would be so unusual that they wouldn’t bother.

They probably would not  check on pork and beans night but just might check on lobster night.

Taxi to ship - $25

Bar Bill - $500

Casino Spending- $200

Excursions - $600

I have a better idea.

X Lobster Punch Card

You will be awarded one stamp for each lobster ate on any X ship. Collect 6 stamps for a “free 2nd lobster” certificate.

When you cruise in am upper suite, RS and above, you get unlimited speciality dinning......

We have on occasion eaten in say Tuscan and then gone to Murano for cheese and a glass of port. Or eaten in Luminae and the had the hot cookie and ice cream desert in the Lawn Club Grill.

You need to ask nicely but they always have said yes. 😎🥂

How about this:

For every lobster tail a guest doesn’t order they get extra Captain’s Club points.
Would be a win win for everyone.
Celebrity would save on their lobster tail budget and we achieve those additional, fabulous Captains Club benefits even sooner!

Please be kind!🤗. This is a serious question. We will soon be cruising with our kids and 3 young grandchildren. Our family will be eating in Select main dining at 6:00, not lingering 2 hours over dinner, and then going on some nights to the early show at 7:00.

That is way too early for us! We are thinking of joining them for their early dinner but only eating an appetizer or salad and enjoying a glass or two of wine. After the show we would go back to the dining room at our normal 8:00 for a main course.
Would this work? What do our experienced, kind cruisers think?

Sheila.

It's great that you are cruising with your family.

That's a very good idea.

There will be absolutely no problem with your plans--

Just go and enjoy ---

Have fun.

Free lobster tail at MDR #2 - minus $16.99

Free lobster tail at MDR #3 - minus $16.99

Free lobster tail at MDR #4 - minus $16.99

My vacation costs $50.97 less than everyone else! The only downside is that I will have to force down 4 tiny lobster tails in 3 hours

The lobster tail is the size of a single jumbo shrimp or prawn.  I would need to eat several to feel satisfied at dinner.
