Website/App Issues?

Anyone else having problems with signing into the website or the app?  They have sale on beverage packages today and I want to snag one as it's the lowest I've seen so far, but it won't sign me into the website.  And on the app it shows my cruise and I'm signed in but then when I go to purchase the beverage package it wants me to relink my cruise but then won't do it.  The sale runs the rest of the day but wanted to get this done while I was thinking about it and before I forgot or time got away from me.

Same thing is happening to me too.

Similar experience this A.M. - I can login and see the booking but trying anything beyond that just gives the "there's been a glitch" message and bounces me back to the login screen.

Just logged into the website. No problem. Using a laptop, Windows 10 and Google Chrome. No issues with the app either. Samsung Android.

I just logged in on the website, it logs me in, but when I click on Plan my cruise it brings me back to the login screen

This is exactly what it does to me.  Windows 11, Edge browser.  I haven't tried another browser, incognito or anything else.

Yes.  Good to know it's not just me, but I used two different browsers so I didn't figure it was on my end.

 

Login - Plan My Cruise - brings back to a blank login again - Plan My Cruise - brings back to a blank login again....wash, rinse, repeat.  In a circle.

Same for me. Trying to log on using my desk top, so not just the app is having problems.

Keeps asking me to login.

Same thing here.  I've tried different browsers but every time I try to press "manage my cruise" it sends me back to the log-in page.

I am having the SAME problem on both Royal AND Celebrity websites.  It allows me to log in on both, but when I hit manage cruise and go to shore excursions - both websites take me off and then show log in screen again - log in then it works - but go into buying anything sends me right back to sign in screen - frustrating!!!

Glad to know it's not just me.  But also I hope they get it fixed before this sale is over because it's definitely the lowest price since I've been tracking it.  I guess calling is an option, but then that means talking to people....

I was able to access my cruise planner earlier this morning and for 10 different cruises the only packages I saw with 45% off were the Evian bottled water.  All the other packages were the usual discounts.

Sounds like we are all having similar experiences.  I was able to see/do most anything related to our booked sailings earlier this morning...then it was time to work on other non-cruise things for the day.  But when I saw the 45% beverage sale pop up...heck yea.  Problem is no matter which browser...Chrome, Safari, or Edge...log in then it requests a new log in...rinse and repeat.  At one point it even tried to log me into the UK version of the site which it has never done before.

 

Apparently the sale is only for another 12 hours, so hopefully it is resolved soon.  Or maybe I just didn't to add a beverage package after all.  🤔

Last night I had to tell it how much of my onboard credit I wanted to use. It accepted me saying zero, so she could always try canceling and reordering but I was having the same issues this morning everyone else is reporting. I finally got through on my app but the price is the same as last night for me, so I did not attempt to buy anything.

The website is working again and I noticed the asterisk by the 45% off image at the top of my planner.  It is only valid for bookings made today, May 6.  So I don't know if that means new cruise bookings, or planner "bookings".Screenshot2024-05-06at11_51_14AM.thumb.png.62feb2a35d7771725b8fd675a9125cd7.png
