What is the next ethnic theme restaurant you'd like to see?

I think they do that on some cruises based from Southampton. I agree I'd like that as well, but would hate for it to kill off the "secret" menu items in the MDR.

A really authentic New York pastrami would be wonderful.

Cuban, Bolivian and/or Peruvian. I would also like to see a certified organic, whole foods vegetarian eatery.

I may be a bit biased on this, but I'd love to see a québécois style resto with poutine and tourtière. I know the chances of this are low, but I think it'd be really interesting to see, as this concept has never been explored before on a cruise ship to my knowledge.

Re: Fried foods; I know it is a southern thing and sure is tasty, but I don't think I'd go pay for it. Like when I go to a seafood restaurant, the fried sampler basket seems like the weakest choice. Not sure I'm saying what I am thinking.

I would love a deli too, turkey piled high with slaw and Russian dressing. If you’ve ever eaten at Perry’s Deli in Chicago, you get it.

I can see a BBQ place being popular too, I sure miss my chopped brisket potato when we’re not in Texas.
