Rare LMaxwell Posted February 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2018 Just thinking here, what is the next type of theme restaurant you'd like to see? I added a few choices to a poll, but you are free to state your own preference too.

Rare LMaxwell Posted February 11, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted February 11, 2018 Indian. I think they do that on some cruises based from Southampton. I agree I'd like that as well, but would hate for it to kill off the "secret" menu items in the MDR.

Canadian Cruiser98 Posted February 12, 2018 #15 Share Posted February 12, 2018 I may be a bit biased on this, but I'd love to see a québécois style resto with poutine and tourtière. I know the chances of this are low, but I think it'd be really interesting to see, as this concept has never been explored before on a cruise ship to my knowledge. Rare LMaxwell Posted February 12, 2018 Author #21 Share Posted February 12, 2018 Re: Fried foods; I know it is a southern thing and sure is tasty, but I don't think I'd go pay for it. Like when I go to a seafood restaurant, the fried sampler basket seems like the weakest choice. Not sure I'm saying what I am thinking.

lbjen Posted February 12, 2018 #24 Share Posted February 12, 2018 I would love a deli too, turkey piled high with slaw and Russian dressing. If you’ve ever eaten at Perry’s Deli in Chicago, you get it. I can see a BBQ place being popular too, I sure miss my chopped brisket potato when we’re not in Texas.
