Yes real ny Jewish deli with pastrami, corned beef , chopped liver etc, other choice real ny pizza place, we visit nyc every year and do both at least twice on each visit

In the past, Carnival's Deli (free, 11am - 11pm) has had a passable pastrami and other deli sandwiches, but I have yet to try it since they've made some of the sandwiches pre-made.

 

I'd love to see a Mongolian stir-fry (or Japanese hibachi) eatery. Preferably free/included, like Carnival's is. (I note the original question specified only "ethnic," and not specialty or added-fee.)

Hibachi is already on Oasis (and Quantum?) class in Izumi. Check Windjammer for Mongolian stir-fry, I've seen that on several ships.

Carnivals deli has horrible pastrami, if you call that pastrami, simply gross! I also would like to see a real NY Jewish Deli but most of all would love to see a real SEAFOOD restaurant!

An Irish Pub serving pub grub. Fish & chips, shepherds pie, etc. They could have Irish beers and whiskies. They could have music at night and serve food late into the night. An Irish Pub could be a real money maker

It's coming to the Indy during drydock so I'll see it next year. on the 70K charter. Is it a teppanyaki-type place where it's a "show" or is it just a stir-fry like Carnival has? I enjoy the former but my wallet would no doubt prefer the latter. :)

I was hoping to see stir-fry at Jade in the WJ last week, but it was repurposed as "Vegan Corner" (temporary signage) and had a decidedly Indian/curry theme.

Sindhu by Atul Kochar who has a twice starred michelin cuisine is on several P&O ships priced at £16-£20pp.

This is very popular so a good Indian restaurant on RC would be a big attraction.

I have some thoughts: Mongolian style would be really fun, an English restaurant by Gordon Ramsey LOL, and French. I rarely eat French so having one on board would have me more willing to try it.
