I did that once. Got in at 8:30 am, and there were 2 additional non-stops that would get us in with plenty of time to get to the ship "just in case." Got to the port and the cruise ended up being delayed by 24 hours! Groan.

 

 

So mine is "cruise out of Houston."

I will never do another 3 day cruise, it's just not worth it...you barley get on and then we have to get off.

Lol! I have done that too! I don't even pack high heels anymore after my first cruise with rough seas trying to teeter and ping pong my way back to the cabin...I was sober too!

Did a cruise once and left my socks home. So I had the pair I wore for that day and two days at sea. So instead of hitting the first bar in San Juan, I hit the first Walgreens. :o

Will never again cruise over Thanksgiving. Will never again use cruise line shore excursions if I can find decent options in a port. Will never again try to rehydrate with some form of alcohol in the middle of the day.

Never bring walkie-talkies again. Didn't work half the time and my DH left his in the cabin the other half. Waste of suitcase space.
