Love the phraseology, they describe things differently down there: "A 37-year old Russian woman has been charged with allegedly glassing a 21-year-old man with an empty wine bottle..." and "investigators charged her with reckless wounding and affray."

Three night P&O Australia cruises are well known for being booze cruises, unfortunately.

The six men that were taken off the ship were quoted as saying "It was one hell of a bucks party. It was just boys being boys."

 

What I wonder is what type of "boys being boys" behaviour would trigger a woman to hit one of them with a bottle? Apparently she has been released on bail. It will be interesting to see if any more details come out in the court case.

Those short booze cruises are sure getting a bad reputation arn't they? Oh, this wasn't another short booze cruise - this was on a 10 day cruise filled with sophisticated yahoos.:D
