New survey for UK members? or every body

Just filled this in but this is COMPLETELY USA centric.

I know of hardly any of the hotel brands and I certainly do not go to semesters at university and I doubt if many Azamara customers are worth $5,000,000

They  really need to get some face to face surveys rather than these.

Maybe a $50 credit for passengers on actual cruisers for participation.

Even better maybe a special chefs dinner FOC to enable a 2 hour interaction

Didn't think it was US-centric at all.  Staying at a Hyatt in Dubai and a Hilton in Munich later this year.  Hiltons, Hyatts and Marriotts are all over the world.. Have stayed at a Radisson in Iceland and a Holiday Inn in London.

I am in the US and got it.

The nice thing about Azamara passengers is that there is no ostentatious display of wealth. One could be chatting with a tech millionaire or with a skilled tradesperson. Everyone is interesting. I have never encountered a braggart.

I have never stayed at a hotel through Azamara. I am unlikely to since they seem to pick very high end hotels and that is not my scene.

They do different samples of guests every time, probably based on location, age, loyalty level and sometimes you get asked and sometimes you do not

In the UK and been on 14 cruises with Azamara and more booked but not received this survey.

I'm in the UK and a regular Azamara customer - next cruise in a couple of week's time, but didn't receive this survey. Have never booked a hotel through Azamara though.

I got it and completed it and thought it was an ok survey.  Contrary to what the OP said, I didn’t think it at all US centric.  And you’d be surprised.  I bet there are a few guests with a $5m+ net worth.  Granted it won’t be large proportion.

Just completed the survey, it arrived in our lesser used email box yesterday, for some reason Azamara continues to ignore our preferred email address despite numerous requests to always use it.

It took me ages to get put back on the email list and eventually, through the LCV Ambassadors in Miami, managed it.  My contact profile was corrupted in some way and this took a little digging, but eventually it was sorted and continues to work (until it doesn’t because it was corrupted again). Why not email the LCV Ambassador and see if they can help out?
