Yes, Kevin Tugwell definitely latest CD on Majestic. Current Captain is Andrea Spinardi as Cpt Tuva is no longer with Princess. Entertainment Dir on Majestic. is Ron Goodman. Neville Saldana DRO leaves 8th December. Will post new name then. 

Karen Rogers went to Coral as CD. Kelvin Joy is now ED on Coral. 
Giuseppe Francina is now DRO on Grand.

That is disturbing news about Captain "Bye-Bye" Tuva. He was well liked by crew and passengers and we personally had some great quiet conversations.  There have been too many quality senior officers and staff leaving with some going to MSC as they expand their presence.  Most of the time the reason to leave outweighs the reason to stay and that is usually due to money and position. We can't ignore another factor and that is leadership and direction from above.

Maybe this has been confused with Dino Sagani who was the original Majestic Princess captain? He did move to MSC

Could be, but if one knows Captain Tuvo, it's hard to confuse him with anyone else.  Nevertheless, at least someone thinks he has left the fleet.  If so, I wish him well and a fond "bye-bye". 

 

ETA:  There is never really one captain per ship because two are rotating on/off and then they also switch ships.

I just noticed that Captain Lye has a middle initial that could be read as Captain B. Lye  Was the Emerald also known as the Bounty?  Sorry if this is a duplicate.

Seems like there are a lot of cruise neophytes (and even some non-neophytes) who think captains and other officers are permanently assigned to a ship and don't get any time off. And they don't get that while on the ship, they are working 7 days a week and on call 24 hours a day (particularly the captain) and therefore when they get a break, it's for multiple weeks, not just a weekend or equivalent. Others have more knowledge of contract lengths but I believe for many of the senior officers, they are only assigned to a ship abut 50% of the time (e.g. three months on, three months off).

Tomorrow on the Regal there will be a change in Captain's.  Aldo Traverso is going home and being replaced by Paolo Arrigo (the Captain from the Love Boat reality show).

 

Can someone update the list for me? I'm having issues with it.  Thank you!
