@Sunshine3601@Sunshine3601 Debbie, hope you heal quickly.

I missed the original post about the procedure.  I tried to go back to the original post and CC wouldn't let me.  I wonder if it was deleted.

If you go to post 87763 by Jimbo you can view my original post there.    Yes, it does seem someone deleted it.  Maybe someone thought it was inappropriate.

Ouch Debbie.  Hope it’s not painful for you.

Ouch!! Hope it heals quickly! Going 2 days without washing hair would be rough (for me, at least).

I occasionally skip 1 day every so often but 2 days that's going to be tough since I go to work.

Major Ouch.  Heal quickly!

Thank you All!  😀   Happy to report it does not hurt all.    I thought it would.    The Dr. had warned me I may get puffy eyes that is brought on by gravity - but no puffiness either.

The area we go to on Lake Erie now has a live Webcam of the lighthouse at Marblehead Ohio. Looks like a foggy day today.

Link to the Webcam.  It's halfway down the page.

I love that snapshot from the webcam.    Looks like a greeting card or postcard.

Spent the night in the ER with Charlie.  He has pneumonia and is now on IV antibiotics.  Waiting to hear from hospital.

Debbie, your poor head😳

Oh Marietta,   I am sorry to hear about Charlie.    Please let him know I said Hi and hope he feels better soon.    Hang in there.   Sending Hugs for both of you - what the heck how about a shot of grey goose too - LOL!❤️🍸

Thank you for sharing the amazing photos of Venice, your food and the intricate costumes people are wearing for the carnival.   I imagine it takes them quite a while to put together.

Scallops is one of my favorites.    I once tried raw scallops at a sushi bar and they melted in my mouth.

@dani negreanuBack here in the states there are lots of reports of the canals drying up in Venice. Did you happen to see any canals that look like this in your travels?

Yes. It was the first thing our renter mentioned... As "passers-by", we were more interested in a forecast without rain, like the heavy rain we've experienced in July 2014, right before our cruise... You can see this bride enjoying the "flooding" in St. Mark's ....

EDIT TO ADD: V. Santicci was one of the busy wineries that could handle the crowds easily. Also, didn't make us feel stupid. LOL.  Probably too cold but they have nice picnic grounds and a deli where you can by sandwiches cheese, etc.

Not sure why I didn't recommend it earlier as there is a  framed picture of me & DW standing in front of it in the den.  If you can squeeze it in, it's about "halfway" up the valley.

I thought I had read something recently about V. Sattui Winery. Their 275 year old showpiece oak tree came down in the January storms. Very sad. https://www.northbaybusinessjournal.com/article/article/storm-topples-275-year-old-napa-valley-oak-at-napa-valley-winery-v-sattui/?artslide=1   🙁

@BonTexasNYI hope you are feeling better, Bonnie.  How is Jack?

Jack is a tiger, feeling great, thankfully.  I still feel like crap. Sneezing up a storm, watery eyes, runny nose.  Thankfully, not covid.  As long as I don't have a killer sore throat I'm fine.  Have to keep my windows shut and I didn't go outside at all today.  Hope tomorrow will be better.  Thanks for asking.

I sneezed 12 in a row today.  I broke my record of 10.

That's wierd as I didn't think it was gruesome looking.

Sorry for whatever responses I missed.

I never saw your original post. I just saw it quoted. I am sorry about the surgery, but glad they were able to find it under your hair.

I found that I had an itchy scabby area that didn't go away after a couple of weeks.   So I went to dermatologist and had it scraped for a biopsy right after Christmas.  Dr. said that it was a great catch and was very happy I did something about it right away.
