I second this idea.  She is absolutely gorgeous!  I'd love to see that last picture on a box of cat food!😁

I'm sorry to hear this Sue.

Hopefully it was dehydration and a one off.

Nice photos in Singapore.

I hope you both have a wonderful cruise.

I wish I could fold a fitted sheet that way.  I have looked at a lot of videos and I am still not able to do it.  I think part of the problem is my arms are very short.  So my fitted sheets are crumpled squares in my linen closet.

I just asked Micheline and she said the same thing.  She's seen the videos and has tried, but her arms are also too short.

Maybe a stint on Below Deck would fix this sheet folding issue?

I can picture the trailer now.  Old woman thrown overboard for not looking good in the uniform and not being able to fold sheets.  LOL

Are you going to see Mamma Mia? I'll be interested to know if the short cruises the ship is doing is enough time to get everything in that you want to.

Have a great time!

The last time I fainted was many years ago.  I had a very heavy cold (this was a very long time before the pandemic btw) and I took my DD to the specialist at the hospital to have her cast removed.  A combo of not feeling 💯, seeing the scisssors and the smell.  I fainted.  Oops. We had to get a taxi home.

I am still a little paranoid about fainting, just got my hospital records from last week and will bring them to my primary doctor.

I hope you have no more episodes and your doctor have a straightforward explanation for you.

When we got home yesterday afternoon from our Reflection cruise, we found Martha had washed all the linens from the bed the cats had an accident on after locking themselves accidentally in the guest bedroom!  I hate to think of all the extra time and effort she went to.  Unbelievably she had folded the fitted sheet into the perfect rectangle shape it comes in when you first buy one.  We all know this is a domestic impossibility…unless you are Martha Stewart!  Wait…I think I see a connection…😁

Wow, Marian!  Your Martha is a real keeper!!😉

I used to be an expert at folding fitted sheets, but I am no longer allowed to do them.

My method involved using a large floor fan to get the sheet billowing, so it would easily fold.  Well, one day I was doing that, when Susan came home and yelled “WHAT ARE YOU DOING.”  It startled me, and that’s when….

The sheet hit the fan!

Dad has been very slow to embrace mobility aids etc.  I bought him a proper shower seat recently after he asked me for a plastic stool for the bathroom and he admitted that it is the best thing for stability in the shower.

Had dinner with a group of 4 girlfriends on Friday night that I have been dining with regularly for over 15 years.  We couldn’t get a table in the usual  big dining area downstairs so for the first time ever we headed upstairs to the trendy bar area where they have low tables and low lounge chairs,  share plates and cocktails.  We had a lovely evening but when it was time to leave, we all got up from those low loungers and all four of us groaned in unison 😂 age has caught up with us.

Charlie was admitted as a trauma.  X-rays are okay except they are waiting for a specialist to read the shoulder one.  He sounds good anyway.

I hope you and Charlie get good news, Marietta, and that it was only that Charlie was dehydrated while in the shower at AC.  I remember my MIL became disoriented when she was dehydrated.

Speaking of which....

Spent a few enjoyable hours with my HS friends.

We were supposed to meet a day after the war started... So glad that, after more than 4 months, everyone is OK and younger family members are back from reserve duty. Hoping against hope for even a temporary cease fire in the next week or two.
