When he was on the Breeze in Europe he was rude and thought he was better than everyone else. He owns a restaurant near me that does not do well. I expect it to close like many of his others. His burgers are great but a little too fatty. It will be interesting to hear about his recent trips.

Same report when he filmed one of his shows in the Caribbean. I forgot which ship. He and his family were rude to crew and no one could approach him.

Once I saw him filming at an LA fast food joint....some young kid went up to him and asked him for his autograph as a memento on the take out's paper napkin.

The idiot that this Guy Fieri is chewed the poor boy out.......the kid's father nearly got into a physical altercation with the a-hole!

What a jerk!

My daughter was at a concert in Chicago and Guy was sitting two rows behind her. She said he was extremely rude (her words were a bit stronger, but the same meaning), people were coming up to him to ask for photos and he refused to take pictures with anyone, and would look away if he saw someone trying to take a picture of him.

last chance - anyone on the July 22nd cruise have any Guy stories or photos. just curious since they ship has his food in 2 places. The Pig place was really good

There is a new Carnival video of him on the Horizon promoting the Pig place, but no, I haven't seen a thing or a photo of him with anyone other than his son.

He was on the Vista the entire July 22nd sailing with his family about 40 plus people. My daughter goes to school with his nieces back in Massachusetts. He did a few things on deck as far as filming on the first sea day and we met a few of his family members. We met him quickly on the last night at dinner as he and his family were leaving the Horizon dining room.

Yes we saw them filing at Guys burgers , I saw him playing craps in the casino, and we him and about 20-25 family and friends were in the Italian restaurant on that Wed.

I found out he was on the next cruise as I got off. Darn

So anyone seen him and does he spend time at his two places on the ship.

post photos if you can.

Thanks

Newspaper item said he was now feeding the fire crews battling blazes in California.

Good for him. I saw him once, at a restaurant's "soft opening", he sat by himself with empty tables surrounding him and was waited on by the owner of the restaurant I know his attempt at a restaurant in NY's Times Square was a disaster from its opening day to when he shut it down.

I've had better burgers at a dozen places I can think of right off hand.

.

I will admit they are not the level that makes them a destination burger in the real world, but for free in a cruise, they are great. For a low carb diet they are great. If you have late dining and at 4:00 you need a snack, a plate of fries from Guy's is the stuff!
