Upgrade Fairy is alive

Recommended Posts

They have cabins that have not sold and it is getting close to sailing time.

Instead of lowering the price, which would anger people that paid more for the cabins.

They upgrade people to those and sell the less expensive inside cabins.

Because it is easier to sell the cheaper cabins more quickly.

What do "Fairies" have to do with it?

I'll go back to making this a positive thread, congratulations on the upgrade! Very good news and gives hope to others that the Fairy still shows herself!

Yes, hope lives - although she is very elusive and has always managed to evade us.

Many congrats to the OP and wishes for a great cruise. :)

Upgrade Fairy really is alive!

Sold out ship, Rhapsody of the Seas for March 25 out of Tampa; I was still on Deck 4 in an ocean view two days ago when printing luggage tags, etc.

Chanced a look at the site today - Deck 7 balcony cabin.

Oh my gosh. I can't believe it!

We got upgrade from JS to GS on our upcoming Mariner cruise. No idea why we were chosen. Rumor is that there will be 100+ Pinnacles onboard and we have to be on the low end point wise. Nice meeting you on Allure

Excellent! Did you have your preferences set to automatic upgrade?

Can you even access that anymore?

I don't know, I've not tried to log in to the website in weeks. However, I'm guessing that the preference stayed the same in the back end database even though the ability to view or change it may be affected by the new, improved web site.
