Nice hotel, quiet. We really just wanted it for a night's sleep. Small room. Helpful staff.

We are following along on your cruise, since we sail on Symphony in 3 weeks.....although we are doing the Western Caribbean, I am more interested in your enjoyment of the ship.  I think your hotel looks marvelous and so quaint.  We have no need for a hotel, since we live in S. Florida, but hope it was a nice experience so I can recommend it to people who might need one.

We made the mistake of waiting till 12 so we're had to wander awhile looking for a table. No crazy lines. Food is standard Windjammer

Loved your pictures of Espanola Way so I looked it up online. Have booked the El Paseo hotel for one night post cruise and really liked the look of the food at Havana 1957!  You haven't even left Miami yet and you have already helped me😄

Made a stop in the Diamond Lounge. Every seat taken and half of them looked like they had been camped out a while. So Schooner bar will be our happy hour home. It's got live music.

Finishing off the day. We went to Hooked Seafood tonight for dinner. Really, really good meal. Lots of fresh seafood. Started with a salad, followed by drunken mussels and raw oysters. For dinner Marie had the platter which was lobster, shrimp and salmon. I had surf and turf, medium rare on the steak. Boston creme pie and whoopie pie for dessert..

The ice show was called 1977, plot was the crown jewels were stolen and they were trying to get them back. The little lights in the first picture were drones that were flying around the rink.
