So... Are we talking midnight? 3am, 8am EST?

Recommended Posts

Really surprised by the (low) prices. 1.) Because it's the summer 2.) Limited capacity 3.) High demand

If these cruises extend into the Fall, I'd consider booking one.

On the phone now with customer service now. Was on hold for about 15 minutes, had to wait a little longer to talk to a supervisor the first person said I couldn’t use my FCC. The supervisor not only told me I could use the FCC but she also told me the original CS person was incorrect on an interline discount rate so I was able to upgrade from a balcony to a Grand Suite 😁. So excited for July 3rd!

On the other hand they lose the drive up market and everyone has to pay for flights, not everyone is vaccinated, there is still uncertainty about cruising.

Better to price it reasonably and sell out than to price it too high and have other cruise lines enter the market with lower prices.  NCL is making an announcement soon.

Itineraries were set that way on purpose to allow more same day flights to arrive.

Same logic with grandeur out of barbados.   Helps keep those other travel costs to a minimum and less contact with locals if people have to stay at hotels, if that is a concern.

The 2 days in a row at Coco Cay are enticing! It says depart at 5 pm. Is the ship staying docked overnight at Coco Cay, will guests be able to be on the island in the evening?

They'll likely move the ship off shore just so the casinos can open.

9pm - Wow, that's later than I thought it would be!

That's what I was thinking.  Soooo, if you fly in a day early and have to check out of your hotel by noon, how soon can you drop off your luggage at the port, I wonder.  Maybe you just have the desk hold your luggage and hang around at the hotel.
