Here we go again!  I was having second thoughts about doing this, but perhaps it's important to have a thread about the anniversary TA, and I'm hoping that a lot of the roll call for both legs will join in and give their impressions of the ship and the cruise.  We've been told that the TA will include some special Dutch-themed activities and meals.  I have noticed quite a few Dutch names on the roll call, too, like our old friends @sailingdutchy and @dutch46, so they will be able to say if the cruise lives up to expectations.  Expect food porn!

Here is our itinerary:

The Transatlantic portion is a re-enactment of the original crossing 150 years ago, except it's in reverse....

I have added this to my home screen so I can contribute

That is great to get some other impressions of the ship and cruises.  We are mainly stick-in-the-muds, so I will want to hear about a lot of the happenings too!  I am just hoping there will be a Lincoln Center Stage!

Flying to FLL a week from tomorrow, joining you on the 3rd.  We'll be on for 26 nights, since we added the 2 5-night sailings after the TA, then 1 night in Amsterdam, train to Paris, and 2 nights there.  Flying home on 5/2.

It's going to be wonderful!

Look forward to reading your impressions on this first leg.

I do hope that this thread will continue into those two legs!  We did originally book the first one, separately, but decided to cancel it and instead have a week in Ireland.  I will definitely be checking out the ship in the Caribbean, and if you have any questions, let me know.
