Same problems. And my DS is trying to book a cruise but the website keeps telling her there aren't cabins available. Clearly the gremlins are running amok in RCI's IT department.

Also received same notification on phone, but somehow I had been logged out.  Couldn't log back in.  On my computer I was able to log in briefly but it showed that I have ZERO upcoming cruises.  No true.  I have one cruise coming up. 🤔

Yes, just got it about 20 minutes ago.  Not only that....I can't log in to my Royal app OR the RCCL website and it won't let me change my password.

I have had a similar problem.  Earlier this morning I tried checking my Royal App and couldn't get in with my password nor would it let me CHANGE my password.  I tried checking into the RCCL website, same problem.  We have a 3/25 sailing and got the notification about 30 minutes to check in.  I must admit that I double checked our cruise date!!!!

Same here!  For a July cruise.  Made me dig out the paperwork to make sure I hadn't missed something.  Whew!

Someone has messed up big time, now everyone can't log in either. 

 

A team in IT are currently in a mild panic and someone on the Helpdesk is wondering why calls are going through the roof. Bless em.
