cruiserking Posted June 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Join the club. It's a great place find information, chat cruising and while away your off time until the time you stroll up the gangway. SmoothFlying Posted June 16, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Anyone else addicted to this website. I found myself checking it every day. 2 more weeks until sailing. I don't know what I am going to when I come back. Sent from my iPad using Forums Heck!! Since I've retired, I find myself checking two-three times everyday !! (2-3 HOURS at a time) ! Rare CTSandy Posted June 16, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Glad to read I'm not the only compulsive person:) I'm leaving on a vacation to Europe Sunday (not a cruise) and am glad I'm going to Lithuania where the Internet is great and I can check Cruise Critic at least every other day! I do have two cruises to look forward to in July and August, though:)

nyllrap Posted June 17, 2017 #9 Share Posted June 17, 2017 I am on cruisecritic every day, at least one! But that is because I have a cruise booked. I tend not to visit when I don't have one booked or am not really thinking about booking one. That may change! I need to always have a cruise to look forward to! DaKa2002 Posted June 17, 2017 #10 Share Posted June 17, 2017 I check almost every day - the roll calls for the cruises we have booked, the first couple pages of 'new posts' and often read cruisers reports/reviews for cruise lines, ships, and itineraries we might be thinking of booking. Disnyfan2 Posted June 17, 2017 Author #11 Share Posted June 17, 2017 My first check of the day. I thought once I posted a review that would be it. I like the planning another cruise idea. Sent from my iPad using Forums

PROCRUISE Posted June 17, 2017 #13 Share Posted June 17, 2017 Check everyday. Great source of information and, I'm currently on five (5) roll calls for future cruises starting in August.
CruiseGal999 Posted June 17, 2017 #14 Share Posted June 17, 2017 I agree .... I am also addicted. Or obsessed, one might say. : ? ) I still read the threads/posts. I still put in my 2cents worth. Maybe too often. It's fun and I love all the questions. Many I would never think to ask, but am happy finding the answers to.

julie3fan Posted June 18, 2017 #20 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Yup, self professed CC addict here! I go to the Floataway Lounge a lot and participate in a bunch of the word games. It helps keep my mind nimble (or at least that's how I justify logging onto CC so often!)
JTBCruiser Posted June 19, 2017 #21 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Nope but I do check it out frequently. I've found useful info here, been entertained by some of the banter and learned to look for certain posters who post useful info and insight. navybankerteacher Posted June 19, 2017 #23 Share Posted June 19, 2017 There is some helpful information - about cruises already booked or itineraries being considered - but, for the most part, largely semi-informed chatter. Yes: admittedly it is mainly an opportunity to waste time, but certainly pretty harmless as addictions go.
rccampbell Posted June 19, 2017 #24 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Just an FYI (for those not in the know) , there are some very valid reasons to visit CC multiple times a day if for no other reason than to see if it is your turn in the Float Away lounge :-) We need more players in the shore excursion story: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1485905&page=
