They better do the right thing by those that have already canceled and got the "Peace of Mind" FCC for cruises during this time, ie: 125% FCC or revoke the FCC and give a cash refund.

I love NCL, but I am totally nervous about the future of this company with the US Senate letter, and now this.

I estimate the chances of that as being exactly zero.

I (apprehensively) agree with you, but it's something they should do.

But up to 90 days for refund reimbursement...sheesh. Definitely going to have a cash flow problem.

right!  Im fine with the 125% but I was hoping for 150%, since t he price to rebook will probably be higher

When you rebook.... file a claim with your travel insurance company stating you have a loss of 25%...

Probably get denied but it's worth a shot

125% is bullshit. They will jack up the price to 150% .. You lose !!

NCL will lose no matter what they do...... 125 is generous because all the suppliers and vendors that provide NCL with food, beverages etc will also jack up the price by 150 to recover losses during this time.

Very unfair to expect one company to eat the cost...... 125 is a buffer expecting those companies to pass along that cost to NCL.

or just take your money back and wait to re-book...

Soooooo much this.  In what world would anyone want this company holding their money in their current financial condition.
Grab any and all cash you can get!

Then take the 100% cash back...

I'm not disagreeing with you that the pricing moving forward may be an issue, but...at least there is an option to just get your money back and walk away.

I agree with Jamie and feel bad for those who understandably jumped onto the FCC earlier.  They will likely not have the choice.

Because three days after implementing the FCC offer, they are offering a cash refund? Why not?

You have just written the answer, that's why not....you jumped far too early!
