Another beautiful day here.
 

Fixed some fencing, levels a couple paving stones by the pool and trimmed some branches at my moms. Stopped at looked at the corn on the drive to the back bush. Not ready ye,t but the hard frost has helped. 
 

The winter wheat is starting row out as well, to the left of the driving strip.
 

 

The sunset is casting some nice glow on the clouds to the east. 

 

 

 

Food porn, ribs for dinner. There was veggies, but they don’t matter so much.

San Diego has no worries now.... Josh Hader is ready for the next game.  He is well rested. 🤣

 

I have no idea why he wasn't in the game to face Harper?

 

That manager has ALOT of questions to answer, wouldn't want to be him tonight.

My daughter was in Nashville and they got last minute tickets to one of his concerts.  They basically went to see what he was like.  He put on a great concert and they are fans of him now.

Heavy rain in Sydney today.  
 

The forecast for @ReneeFLL arrival on Saturday is 25C with only 20% chance of rain so it should be a lovely day in Sydney.  Hope you have a lovely day here  on Saturday Renee and enjoy your cruise to New Zealand.

 

I will be off cc for  the next couple of weeks but look forward to catching up on my return.

The ship overnights in Jerusalem.  Tomorrow, 10/24, would’ve been visit to the Dead Sea and Masada.  

 

10/25 is stop in Haifa with a tour to the Biblical Galilee (visit to the Church of theAnnunciation in Nazareth; Mount of Beatitudes; the ruins of Capernaum; Jordan River and the Sea of Galilee).

 

I'd love to see all those places.

I assume you're on the Cities of Antiquties / Holy Land cruise? Curious as to why you say "would have"...has there been a change in your itinerary? Curious cause we're doing that cruise in January.

Our weather was beautiful today, with temperatures in the 70’s and sunshine.  We decided to enjoy the day to ourselves, and hike some trails.  It was a nice diversion.

 

We were in Ohio to have those delicious pazookiies, so we decided we would hike some of the trails in Mill Creek Park.   With the beautiful weather, there were a lot of people out hiking, and we saw several photographers taking family fall photos.

 

 I decided to try out the iPhone photo filters for a few of the shots.  Usually, I just shoot with the default.  
 

I tried vivid in this one to see if it would bring out some color in the trees. 
 

 

I think the photo of this duck almost looked like a water color, when I used vivid. 
 

 

Just a few trail shots with the default

 

 

 

 

 

We even found a couple ghosts along the way. 
 

 

And a waterfall, with the long exposure mode to blur the water. 
 

 

It was a relaxing day.

It is very easy to miss things with all the different conversations going on at once.  Hopefully, they keep improving and test negative soon.  I don't know if I would have been as good at pivoting and making the most of it as they are doing.

@h20skibum beautiful pictures, especially love the duck.

 

My dad was a photographer for a while, he had the eye for it.  I love pictures and try but just don't have the knack.  My daughter has inherited the eye.   Definitely looks like you have it.
