Wow, I think I count 6 masks.............I guess they are doing their own thing.

Wonder if the Casino has a medic room well stocked?

I guess it's a crowd that believes  in giving in more ways then one................and that is probably what it would look like on a cruise ship too..............just sad!

When you look at him do you see someone with any interest in Social Distancing, wearing masks or who would find the CDC  anything other than annoying. He looks like he is ready get the Windjammer back to normal.

Where is he?  Doesn't look like Florida to me.

I have talked to medical professionals who have said the stay at home orders were to ensure that medical facilities would not be overrun with cases until the curve was flattened.  The only way to stop a pandemic is to either have it run its course (why with all the lockdowns numbers were still going up) or a vaccine, and we all know how effective the flu vaccines are.

22 states on the rise, soon to be all 50. Some states are seeing their largest single day rise since March. Very sad.

Average total new cases in US stayed steady for 6+ weeks. Been staying in the 20 thousands per day, and this with 10 times tests being done now then before. Even with these consistent average number of new cases the deaths rates and total numbers continue to drop. Isn't going anywhere for now, but hasn't got worse.

Assuming you trust the numbers, these graphs are the ones that count:

So are all the ships sailing at full capacity today and tomorrow?  Or is that after the next round of cancellations or the next one in July etc...

He’s trying to sell it. I don’t like the term “new normal” but it sure isn’t going to be like the old times when cruising returns.

The last few days it has had a small increase in numbers, with yesterday being just under 26K new cases. I’m curious to see if the numbers remain at that level in another two weeks or not. Maybe there is more herd immunity than we know, or maybe here will be another spike. 🤷‍♂️

This is happening all over the US, not to mention the protests going on right now....the point is...will it have the impact that the experts both real and make believe (politicians) fear?  Or will it make little to no substantial difference. Can go either way. Have to wait and see.

IF it has no impact, then all we have been told is over the top, proving many people wrong in their estimated fears, and opening the door for all of us in many areas....such as baseball and football stadiums, ALSO Including Cruises resuming and getting back to normal.

WE will have to wait and see....look at it as an experiment, a test.

Here in NJ where many say is the epicenter, it is hard to see any lockdown taking place.

People all over the place, as before, traffic on the highways as busy as ever.
I've been going to grocery stores at least twice a week, been to Home Depot countless times, walk right into convenience stores, my favorite coffee shops, etc, etc. And places are busy with other people doing the same.

I'm 68 and have underlying medical conditions....I'm an essential worker and have never let up in my daily schedule.

I just use common sense!!

We continue to have new cases here in RI but that doesn't really concern me as the number of hospitalizations and deaths is dropping dramatically. The number of new cases is also way down. Something is changing and it all seems to be for the better. If after all of these demonstrations (riots) we are having things are still looking good in the next couple of weeks I think there will be a very new outlook on this mess even if the media and politicians would prefer otherwise.
