How about Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady who hasn't had one single cruise since launching in April. Poor ship didn't have a standing chance to debut.

At the moment Carnival is simply not making money, but they do have money!

 

Having worked on an office where large purchases are made, they do not write checks. Up to $100 million a wire transfer will do. Money moves at the speed of light.
