Yet another screen of death for a 2022 Breakaway cruise. Spooked me for a moment cuz I thought it was our Encore to Alaska this year.

made me look! my may 8th on BA seems ok for now but... who knows

 

SHUT MY MOUTH!!  I now have 2 cruises with that wording... Jan. and May... son of a pup. 

 

I'd cry in my beer but I don't have any... 

Sorry BT how many is that?

All 3 of my 2022 cruises say "Default Itinerary Name" on my phone app.  However when I logged in to NCL on my laptop they look fine.

 

I am not going to stress yet and hope it is a glitch.

Hoping against all hope that we are ok!  This is the first time ever that we have 22 days at sea booked (2 cruises)  in the first two months of 2022.  So far, I think we are good....

 

Fingers crossed for those getting the "Default Itinerary" screen.  I know what a rollercoaster on the emotions that can be!

Yes, that's the way mine is as well.  Just checked again and they still look fine.

I noticed that everyone of my cruises has a glitch: there is no departure time on ports that have an arrival time. I assume there is a software problem at the moment

My July 2022 cruise on the Star says the same thing on the app but using the website it looks fine.  I'm going to believe it is some kind of system update growing pains for now.

I have a number of future cruises on NCL booked, and they all look normal on the website.

Checked out Breakaway cruise in Jan/2022.  We booked 2 cabins.  Just did a mock booking to check, one of the cabins is listed as available ?!?   Some cabins nearby are also available.  Called NCL to see if we can move cabin(s) to be closer.  NCL says all those cabins are not available.

I was still able to proceed on the mock booking and put a courtesy hold on a cabin we'd wanted.  It allowed me to book/hold.   I'll wait a bit to see what happens.

 

But there're definitely glitches in the system.

I have no Departure times on any of my 10 cruises except for embarkation and overnights.   I contacted Sydney (Aus) and my PCC said he had passed on my query.   I presume there is a major glitch.

FWIW I have five cruises showing on the app (two 2021, one 2022, two 2023) and all are showing the correct name & itinerary.

 

Sounds like NCL is just being glitchy. Again.

My 8/21/21 Encore and my 12/26/21 Breakaway appear fine both on the app and the website.

My Dec 5th Breakaway and our four 2022 cruises look OK on the phone app.

So, looks like everything is all good again on the phone app.  NCL is definitely glitchy these days.  Think I'll just ignore the frequently occurring symptoms of problems.

Just booked my dining reservations on the Encore, 130 days out (we have the Haven booked). Couldn’t book main shows though.

Glitchy is good. Cancel is bad.

 

After a day of being a Default Itinerary, my cruise return to the correct name. Let's hope it stays that way.

I see the same thing on my Aug. 28, 2021 cruise out of Miami to Western Carribean and it has been that way since I first booked about two months ago. I spoke to someone at the Excursions phone number who told me the return times just haven't been uploaded yet. She e-mailed me a copy of the itinerary showing the port departure times.
