Butter!

Does anyone know what kind of butter is on the Royal Caribbean ships? That was the best butter I have ever tasted!!:p

I do not know the brand, but it is usually either French or Irish butter.

Here in the south we can get a butter called "Plugra" which is European and it is delish. Our Publix (a southern chain) also has Irish butter but it is not as good (IMHO) and a bit more costly. If it is like almost everything else, RCI probably gets it from SYSCO.

I normally do not eat butter, but I have to agree that the butter on board Legend was very tasty. It had a weird name so it wasnt one of the name brands we have here in US.

They had salted, unsalted and margarine on my last cruise.

Several cruises ago, we had a very tasty butter on RCI. IT was from New Zealand, and combined with their wonderful breads and rolls was a meal in itself.

We like the butter so much it's a running joke in the family. I believe on most cruises it is French.

Well, apparently, the butter has been delicious for years!😂 I was just searching for what type of butter Royal Caribbean used and found this thread from 2006. We just cruised a few weeks ago and thought the butter was the best we’d ever had!

Agreed! We don't have bread very often, but we really enjoyed the rolls with this butter!
