Princess $1 deposits May 22

Just read that Princess is having $1 deposits on May 22nd from a post from my Travel Agent.

You may want to confirm with your agent.

Would certainly improve the Red,White and Blue sale if it applies to the same cruises. Not much damage from losing a non-refundable deposit of $1. :D

If that happens, there are a couple of cruises I will book instantly.

We had a good experience booking the last $1 Deposit Sale .

Booked a B1 Balcony aboard the Crown , on a whim .We were upgraded to a MB Mini a year before sailing [emoji2]

Kind of made us serious about going on this cruise.

The $1 was teaser .

Thank you for sharing the advance notice Coral! It would really tempt me into booking the MR cruise on the Royal when she moves to LA.

I'm hoping for a 3 for Free when the red white and blue sale ends. But if I book under the $1 deposit, I guess I could always rebook under a different promotion when it becomes available. And hope I can get the same type of cabin...if not the same cabin.

It would be nice if the 2019 Caribbean itineraries were out before the $1 deposit offer.

Read someplace these itineraries would be out on May 17th but I have no clue if that's true. :confused:

They are out the Friday before the sale. The sale is for one day only.

Yes! Good point! I was wondering of the benefit of the $1 deposit if someone already has FCD.

The $1 deposit is good for anyone without a FCD or for someone who wants to only hold a cruise. I've read posts from passengers who book several $1 deposit cruises they may want to sail & hoping for a better net price closer to final payment.

I thought we had enough FCDs but soon both of them will be used & a $1 deposit would be better than making a full deposit. ;)

Finally, something worth looking forward to.
